Poletics Bedford

Fantastic experience: I started pole fitness with Poletics Bedford back in May 2018 and I haven't looked back! Katie and Abbie are wonderful instructors. Patient, professional, easy going instructions in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging of one another to progress. Katie and Abbie encourage everyone to feel welcome which has formed a lovely little pole community. Thank you to Poletics for my pole journey so far! Xx

Classes are well-planned and designed to progress your level of pole - so you’re always learning more. I can’t recommend them enough, it is the best place to train in Bedford!
