Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this gym. I find there is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are very polite and helpful. I have multi gym access, which I find very useful, when I am travelling, as well as being able to try different gyms in various places. There is a very generous free-weights area, which includes plenty of benches, dumbbells, squat racks, smith machines, plate loaded equipment, as well as fixed resistance machines, cables and various attachments to isolate various muscles. There is also a mat area for stretching or doing body weight exercises, fixed barbells, TRX and functional equipment. Also, plenty of CV machines such as stair climbers, treadmills, rowers etc. The changing rooms are always clean, great showers and toilet facilities, as well as plenty of lockers to safely store belongings. You will also find vending machines and a free water fountain, in case you need to top up a bottle. The gym is open 24/7 with an option of entering a pin that you get after signing up or scanning the QR code with The Gym Group app. The app has various features, which include challenges, goal setting and workout programmes. I would say that this offers way above the usual expectations for a gym membership priced at just over £20 per month (depending on area). I am yet to try any classes, but they are also included in the membership price!

Management is amazing, staff are all friendly and help each other. We even have a mentor and book meetings with all PT’s to help us improve and become the best we can be at our job. Fantastic experience: I really do enjoy this gym. I tend to go around 1900 which is unfortunately the busiest time, however there is always plenty of equipment. The staff here are super friendly and always willing to help out, even if you're just short of a spotter. Would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: I've had a great experience with the gym in general, the app is great the equipment is good and the atmosphere is really positive, as someone who is new to the gym I've never felt intimidated to try new things. My only complaint would be the ammount of flying insects in the gym, seems like they need an exterminator! Would give 5 stars if I didn't constantly have bugs crawling on me.

Positive experience: As someone who isn't a gym buff, I was pleasantly surprised at the motivational but laid back atmosphere of the Gym. Plenty of equipment of all kinds available. Appreciated the availability to look at whether it was busy on the website beforehand. Only slight criticism was that we found some of the equipment wasn't adjustable when it should have been, we would have asked someone but we couldn't see anyone to ask. We bought day passes to try the Gym out and figure out whether we wanted to get a membership, and we enjoyed it so much that we will be back ????
