Fantastic experience: This place is amazing for someone that wants to relax and take time out. The sessions are really good and professional. I felt fully relaxed and refreshed when I left and having spent the whole day there I want to visit again. When it came to lunch the food was really nice a flavoursome and it surprised me how nice it was. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: Few changes taken place that makes this a fabulous experience. The new products, temple spa, are wonderful. New loungers around the pool, electronic lockers great lunch. Really couldn't fault it. I will be back, in fact I have already booked 2 more.

Fantastic experience: I hold a gym membership here and Its fantastic!!! There are loads of classes to choose from. The gym team are very accommodating, changing classes and times to suit their members. My instructor Jackie starts our spin class at 6.40am to suit us early birds and always makes the classes challenging. Lauren made signing up so easy and everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: 4 of my daughters, my husband and I all visited this spa for my birthday/mother's day. We had an amazing time. We had sandwiches, cake and drinks for tea. Food was delicious and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and polite.

Fantastic experience: We had an appointment booked l, and struggled to get in due to work commitments, after speaking with the team, they managed to find a work around for us to enjoy our day. We turned up and were greeted by extremely friendly staff. The facial treatment we received was top notch, myself and my wife left that part feeling extremely relaxed and fresh. On to the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pool, all included in our package. After enjoying ourselves, we moved onto the our full body massage….. words can not express how good it was, wow, if we had a choice we would have stayed exactly where we were, but lunch called, so, on we went, just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, again, wow, the food was amazing. I wish we knew about this place sooner, we would have 100% been more often, unfortunately for us, another country is calling, so on with our adventures, thank you Riverhills, and the whole team for making our experience amazing!

Fantastic experience: I go there to train weekly. There's a swimming pool, a spa, a gym. The facilities and machines are always clean, the staff polite and nice. Good place.

Fantastic experience: Bought a day spa with afternoon tea for 2 on a deal last year. Booked and went today and had a lovely day. Full use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Warm robes and towel provided for your visit with flip flops to keep. Plenty of comfy seating and loungers to enjoy the day and chill/read etc. Afternoon tea was very nice, generously filled sandwiches, nice fresh cake selection and of course fruit scone with clotted cream and jam all washed down with plenty of filter coffee or tea. All in all a lovely day, well worth a visit if you're in need of a relax and chill out.

Fantastic experience: Was a great place, got this as a gift and spent hours there, catered for everything I needed. I had a massage and went downstairs where my food was waiting for me by the pool just served hot and spent hours there. Lovely place.

Positive experience: Bought a spa day for two as a gift and after having to postpone a few times, finally got there. Staff on the day were lovely and the facilities were very good and very clean. They included: a little cafe area, a restaurant where our lunch was served and afternoon tea could be had, multiple clean treatment rooms and waiting areas, pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub and gym. The changing room lockers are coded so no need to remember your £1 which was a bonus. The reasons for the four stars and not five are the provisions for vegetarians and dairy free options for lunch were lacking, although the onion and apple soup was especially good and my companion adored her food. The music in the treatment room was quite load and pan pipes can get quite painful when turned up to 11! Unfortunately the therapists couldn't turn down only our room. Definitely by far one of the better spa days I've purchased.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facilities and brilliant staff! The covid safety systems here were fantastic and kept everyone safe with temperature checks and one way systems and cleaning of the gym equipment and even UV air sterilisers in the gym.

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely afternoon at Riverhills, it was a birthday gift. Staff were really friendly and the whole experience was so relaxing if I lived closer I would definitely sign up to this health club

Positive experience: Had a wonderful day, very relaxing. Back massage was great. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was working when we attended and the pool was very cold - hope this can be a bit warmer when we return

Fantastic experience: For the price we payed had a amazing day here. The pool side loungers a little uncomfortably and no pegs or stool in shower rooms to put your clothes on while showering. Staff friendly and helpful would return in near future:)

Fantastic experience: Went here today, with a spa package for 2 that included a light lunch and a back massage. We both had a brilliant experience here. The pool was lovely and clean and a nice temperature, jacuzzi was a brilliant temperature, nice and bubbly. sauna and steam rooms lovely. The day was lovely and organised, our food was brilliant and every member of staff was lovely, welcoming and helpful. All in all we had a great experience, i couldn’t fault it. Even saw staff going around regularly cleaning which shows they are keeping up with covid regulations. Would defiantly come again and recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: Fantastic spa, staff are so attentive to all needs. So relaxing with a lovely swimming pool area including a jacuzzi, 2 steam rooms and a sauna! All kinds of treatments available, I had the journey into serenity which was absolutely wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Visited with my best friend, we are very regular visitors. As always we enjoyed a first class day. Made to feel very welcome by Debbie the manager when we arrived, and booked in quickly. Our treatments were first class in lovely relaxing atmosphere. My facial was carried out by Fran, by far the best facial I have had in a number of years, very thorough wonderfully relaxing. We also had massages, which again were fantastic. The food was fantastic, it was really difficult to choose what to eat as the menu has lots of options. All of the staff are very Covid aware, and even in these difficult times they strive to make sure your day is special. We will be back very soon.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Had a lovely time today. Massage and manicure by lovely young lady (unfortunately I didn't get her name). Very polite and friendly. Afternoon tea was scrummy especially the toffee caramel cake. All staff polite and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Spa Day and Afternoon Tea Felt very welcome on arrival and the staff there were very accommodating, lovely and kind- really top notch! We were a little worried as we are both deaf and masks are compulsory making communication difficult (to lipread, you need to see lips!) but most of the staff wore large clear face shields making lipreading easier. Swimming pool was relaxing and so was the hot tub- very clean too. (Steam rooms and sauna was not in service due to COVID guidelines but they did look very spacious!) Afternoon tea was presented well and was well and truly stuffed afterwards- the chicken sandwich was lovely and worth it. Stayed at the spa until the early evening to make the most of it. An ideal getaway if you need to escape the hustle and bustle of London!

Hot tub great and a swim in pool coffees in conservatory food amazing Pea and mint soup prawn jacket potatoe glass pinot grigio fabulous staff and to top off our amazing day afternoon tea what a treat all served by friendly smiley staff look forward to a return visit thank you

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner visited yesterday. We had the most relaxing time. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a lovely atmosphere. Their Covid protocol made for a safe and enjoyable visit. Our treatments were out of this world. Very professionally done to the highest of standards. Lunch was fantastic. All facilities were clean. Prices of drinks and pastries were very reasonable. We have already booked to come back. We were very impressed. Thank you for making our day relaxing and enjoyable. 5⭐️

Fantastic experience: This place is situated in lovely surroundings from the moment I walk through the door till the moment I left the staff were very nice and helpful to me. The treatment's I had where wonderful. Really enjoyed the steam room, sauna and swimming facilities. Private or open plan changing areas with showers and hair drying facilities. Bathrobe towel and flip-flop hire was included in our package. Also included in our package was a top rate two course meal. Very reasonably priced extras like tea and coffee and squash are available as well as alcoholic beverages. Would highly recommend a day here I certainly will be going back again

Fantastic experience: Beautiful, clean well maintained health spa. My friend and I went for a spa day, and had a lovely day from start to finish. The therapists were very experienced, we both had fantastic treatments plus lunch was delicious. I had the prawn salad. The spa itself is very nice, especially the steam room and sauna area. The swimming pool is all one level and the pool area was excellent. We had a brilliant day and plan to return in the new year.

Fantastic experience: Good club but gym is too cramped after the 2017 revamp, all the cardio equipment is now cramped into half of the gym space. Also needs a bit of maintenance. Steam and sauna not working properly.

Fantastic experience: Four of us had a lovely spa day here. We felt so relaxed. Chilled by the pool and spa area. Had a lovely two course lunch of soup and burger. A fantastic full body massage, facial, followed by a manicure and pedicure. Friendly staff and not too busy. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic time today! The 1 hour body massage & 1 hour facial were amazing! The staff were so lovely and very experienced with the massages - feeling very relaxed. Lunch was great. Chilled out in the jacuzzi. Finished off with a lovely pedi.
