The money we raise through gym memberships will always go help to support young people within the local community who are struggling and need help through tough times.

Our personal training sessions are with fully qualified staff who can tailor exercise programmes to suit an individual’s needs, abilities or ambitions. If you would like to have support from one of our PTs, then please book an appointment at reception beforehand – availability is limited. When you become a member you’ll receive 4x 30 min sessions or 2x 1 hour sessions, these must be booked in advance. Please note: this offer is only for Direct Debit Memberships.
