We are the only fitness studio that offers Clubbercise in the Ipswich area. So, what are you waiting for...get them glowsticks out and let's get fit, healthy, and have some fun! You can purchase glowsticks from our shop if you don't have any!

If you don't drive, have kids or there are other reasons why you can't get to the studio, we offer classes over zoom too so everyone can get involved no matter what your situation is. The studio has a limit of 16 spaces per session, which also helps us provide a safe distance for COVID regulations. We also ask our clients to bring their own mats if possible. If this is not possible, we do have a limited amount of wipeable mats that we can use.
