Fantastic experience: I joined the Pilates classes with a persistent lower back Problem And very poor posture , and can honestly say after just a few weeks my back ache has virtually disappeared , my stomach is flatter and stronger and I feel taller and more confident . I love Caroline's teaching style , she's very approachable ,attentive and professional. I would highly recommend her !

Fantastic experience: Great way to get fit for the ski season. Needs those core muscles to be in shape. Really enjoyed myself... lovely teacher.
