Adam Woodin Fitness: Opinions
I retired last July with a goal to get myself fitter and faster to be able to compete in netball against younger players. He Kickstarted me into action with things I found tough and now don’t and I am fitter and faster. Good trainer, nice guy.
Adam's boot camp is an excellent way of keeping your mind and body fit. He makes you work hard, but also reminds you to work at your ability and pace. Every session has been very friendly and fun to be a part of it. Fantastic job Adam !!!
Adam makes excercise fun and entertaining for me. He quickly works out what suits you as a client rather than the normal trainer telling you to do something that suits them. The training has not only made me fitter but reduced my stress levels. He is not your normal meat head trainer and to help he is a nice chap.
I started training with Adam recently and I have already noticed a change in my whole attitude. When I come away from these sessions, I am totally motivated for the rest of the week! Thanks Adam for being a good pain in my bum!
Adam works you hard but it’s for great results! I really noticed a change, especially when getting out the summer wardrobe- Thanks Adam! Plus he’s full of motivation and inspirational tips to keep you going on your own :)
