Stay in shape at our gym, relax in the steam room or splash around in the pool. Swim a few laps in the pool, relax in the steam room or just enjoy some family fun. Non-residents are welcome during term time. Take a look at our membership packages and enjoy the free parking.

From 3rd until 26th January the pool will be closed for maintenance work Guests can enjoy our pool by pre-booking one 40-minute session per group (up to 2 adults and 3 children). Only four families or groups, per pool at a time will be permitted to ensure social distancing. Spaces have to be pre-booked by phone before 5pm the day before you would like to visit. 

Guest can also book 55-minute spaces for the gym. We will only allow up to 6 people at the gym at any one point. Please come swim-ready as we only have a limited amount of changing rooms.

Boasting state of the art cardio and resistance machines, there is something to cater for all fitness requirements to help you get fit in no time.The minimum age for visitors to the gym is 16.

Our warm indoor pool is ideal for swimming a few laps or just splashing around with the kids.There is also a small splash pool for babies and toddlers and a steam room for anyone 16 years or older. The outdoor plunge pool and kids’ splash zone are open and heated from mid-May to mid-September. They are available to hotel residents only.

*Last entry one hour before closing. To allow for social distancing the gym and pool have to be pre-booked and we only allow a limited number of guests for each at any one point. Please book before 5pm on the day before you would like to use the gym or pool.

Our in-house Personal Trainer Rosie Malcolm offers Personal Training sessions for gym members and  hotel guests. The first session always includes a full assessment to ensure that you receive a programme tailor-made to your needs.
