Rachel has given me a massive kick-start to getting fit by making every training session tailored, challenging and most of all fun. She also helps with routines to do on my own which is just what I needed to keep the momentum going. In less that 8 weeks I felt a massive improvement.
Very professional fitness studio, Rachel makes you feel very welcome and cares about your individual goals. I started doing 1:1 with Rachel couple of years ago and found the result amazing in eight week I had achieved the body type I wanted. I was amazed how my body shape had changed. I am now doing classes twice a week and they are very challenging and push your body to work hard, very addictive and I hate missing my classes. I would recommend to everyone :)
I came across Rachel through a friend who recommended her classes to me. Initially, I thought it would be a great way to spend more time with my buddy but going to Rachel's classes has turned into much more than that! In the last 3 and a half months, I have put on muscle mass, become more toned and defined, strengthened up and increased my stamina with visible results! I would not hesitate to recommend Rachel's classes; she is a fantastic trainer, listens to what you would like to achieve personally through her training sessions and is friendly and highly approachable! I started training with Rachel 3 years ago on a 1:1 basis. I now attend weekly Bootcamps, Box n Burn sessions & Fatburner classes. Rachel is professional, inspirational, enthusiastic, reliable, great fun & a little bit crazy too! Everything you could want from a fitness professional! I would not hesitate to recommend Rachel, whether you are looking to get back into fitness, or you are looking for something new or maybe you are starting from scratch, I'm quite sure that Rachel is the girl for you!
Great location, perfect facilities, excellent instruction. Got me from slouch to triathlete in 16 weeks! Highly recommended.
