Fantastic experience: Jade is a very patient instructor and always has time if you are slower to learn she always make you feel welcome and at home. The studio is brilliant and perfect for learning pole. Jade is herself an excellent pole dancer and can teach anyone of any ability. Furthermore she holds classes to improve strength and flexibility so anyone can do this!! I would not pole anywhere else absolutely top rated!!! Would recommend highly thank you.

Fantastic experience: When I came to Jade, I had never poled before and I was so nervous. Jade made me feel at ease and toke me through the moves step by step. I am now so confident in lessons, what I love about learning with Jade is she pushing you to what you are able to do. Jade has pushed me, enabling me to achieve things I never thought I could achieve. I love to work out but being alone in a gym is not always for everyone. Being in a group session it has such a great atmosphere with some great people. It is a great work out, gets you in great shape and is fun to do. Get your self down to Jade Roxanne studios !

Fantastic experience: I have never done pole before and had my first lesson with Jade last week. Jade is an excellent teacher and really encouraging which made me feel very relaxed. It's a lot harder than it looks, but really worth it! I highly recommend Jade to anyone who wants to give it a go.

Fantastic experience: I certainly did love it. Im a beginner and only recently took my first attempt on the pole but I enjoyed it so much I cannot wait for my next session! Jade and her colleague made me feel comfortable, welcomed and valued as a new recruit throughout. Many people have a negative thought about the industry but please dont knock it until you've tried it. I would highly recommend Jade Roxanne to new starters and those returning to the pole as the experience is beneficial and up lifting! Give her a try!

Fantastic experience: Jade is an awesome teacher, very patient but doesn't dilly dally about either. Just gets right down to it. Genuinely amazing poler herself and passionate about what she does. The studio is really nice too, great atmosphere. I've also had a few lessons with Danielle who is also very talented. Lovely ladies, lovely studio and affordable too :)

Fantastic experience: Forget what you think you know about pole dance.... Its about fitness, achieving strength and being in flow with every part of yourself. Both Jade and Danielle are excellent instructors, patient, welcoming and will help push you to your full potential safely. Even if your not ready to try the pole... yet.I highly recommend trying a few of the classes, meeting the girls in a friendly, relaxing and big family atmosphere... You don't get that at a gym!!

Fantastic experience: Jade is simply a fantastic teacher! I have only had 5 classes and I'm addicted!. She's patient, thorough and explains everything really well. The classes are so much fun too! It's a proper workout and my core strength has already improved. Can't wait to be able to do the splits again soon as well. Everyone should have a taster and see what it's like at the very least. Fantastic experience: Jade and her team have so much experience amongst them. They’re able to teach me in a way that I understand. I was nervous about attending and was put off trying for years. Jade made me comfortable via telephone beforehand and now I wish I’d started sooner! The other students are lovely and everyone is welcoming. I didn’t feel like I fit the pole body type to attend but everyone is different and accepting. Jade Roxanne studio is for all and I’m so glad I joined. I have gained so much confidence in myself. I cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Since first starting pole and following Jade on Instagram. I absolutely loved her pole style, she has been a big inspiration to me through my pole journey. I live nearly 3 hours away from her studio. But attend her workshops/private lessons and my fav! Her hypnotic camps, as much as I can! I also use her patron. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love it here. I've always wanted to try pole but as a 'bigger' girl always been to nervous. I first spoke to Jade who convinced me to come try it out! And honestly the love and support I've recieved from Jade and the girls in the class is second to none! She's honestly such an amazing teacher I'm doing things I never thought possible! Jade ensures everything I try is within what I can do safely but always encourages me to push myself. She's given me back a sense of confidence I didnt think possible and for that I will always be grateful! Can't wait to continue learning with Jade and getting better. Fantastic experience: I have wanted to learn Pole for the past 3/4 years, after working with a lovely girl who was a pole dancer and looked awesome. I was extremely nervous once I made the decision to start learning, and was worried about vicious/toxic dance environments (I’m more of a introvert). All my worries were eliminated after I started at Jade Roxanne Studios. Every person I have met since I started in September 2021 that learns pole there is kind, helpful, and extremely welcoming. All the instructors I’ve met are extremely professional, honest, and teach pole safely. I still pole at Jade’s now, and will continue to do so as long as I live in the surrounding area. I’m excited for all the new moves I will eventually learn, and acing the moves that I haven’t got quite yet. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to learn to Pole Dance, even if you’re a little anxious, to join a super friendly and supportive community :)

Fantastic experience: LOVE THIS STUDIO!!!……just started on my pole journey, everyone is so happy to help with advice, technique, spotting such a friendly place. Even though on the pole I look like rigor mortis is setting in, students and instructor couldn’t be more encouraging. Jade’s amazing at teaching, patient, clear and easy to follow with no question being to silly, she’s a GODDESS who empowers women to embrace their femininity, build on confidence, work on strength while encompassing a fun element. Fantastic experience: I first went to this studio in June 2018, and possibly it was the best decision I ever made. Over the time that I spent here I danced, I laughed, I made friends and I learnt a lot about myself. Jade and all the other people I’ve met have made this a safe space for everyone where you are free to learn about and express yourself. Fantastic experience: The best studio ! I started at jade Roxanne studio's about 2 years ago and have never looked back! Jade and her students are extremely welcoming and accepting to everyone. I felt comfortable and at ease , never feeling self conscious. Since starting my confidence has grown so much found my sexy And i feel like ive made freinds for life ! Jade has created such a wonderful, safe supportive and encouraging environment where her students can truly thrive. Jade is an amazing instructor, she is very attentive when she teaches. As an advanced pole student coming to her studio she has already helped me with how to work with the direction when on spinny pole which I have always struggled with and I can already see improvements. I enjoy coming to pole for the community and an amazing work out so she is already exceeding my expectations because not only does this studio have a wonderful plethora of strong kind women who will encourage and support you but she really knows her students and tailors each class so everyone is working on an element specific to them in a safe manner. I honestly couldn’t recommend high enough. At this studio you can both explore exotic pole and pole fitness which is incredible for your mental and physical health! You won’t be disappointed. This is a Covid safe space!

Fantastic experience: I'd trained at different studios on and off for several years before I moved over to Jade Roxanne and it was the best thing I ever did! I had followed the studio on social media and was always amazed by the girls there and the snippets of videos from their classes. I really wanted to join them, but felt that I wasn't good enough yet and I might be out of my depth. Finally I took the plunge and nervously booked in, and within 5 mins of arriving I realised I'd been a complete plonker and should have joined aged ago! I was made to feel welcome not only by the instructors but by every single member. I walked into what was clearly a close knit pole family which can be daunting, but they welcomed me in without a second thought ❤️ Each and every person I've met at JR studios goes out of their way to encourage, support and help each other, I always come away from class feeling uplifted and inspired. The social aspect alone has kept me sane. The choice class content is incredible and the most I've ever seen offered from a studio. I love the options of spin, tricks or exotic classes, and the flexible booking system works so well for me. Not only that but Jade is always holding exciting workshops and trips. She really puts EVERYTHING into her business and her students and it shows. I've found a new found passion for pole now and can't imagine not being a member of JR. Fantastic experience: Hands down the best Pole studio I have been to. Jade and her students are the most supportive and helpful ladies whether your a beginner or an expert! Jade puts in 100% in all her classes which are both educational and crazy fun . Even during a pandemic, Jade took her classes online to maintain progress for her student. Her exotic classes are as well as her tricks and skills. You always feel welcomed and there is always something new to learn. The girls are so friendly and supportive and you literally get a standing ovation at every little achievement! Before joining pole I had extremely low confidence in my body and myself. I didn’t even like looking in the mirror that much. Literally after a month at Jade’s my confidence grew and continues to. Even when I’m feeling like a potato Jade makes you feel like Beyoncé. Jade’s studio is more than just a class, it’s like a family! Everyone is so lovely and respectful to each other, encouraging and you walk away feeling like you can take on the world! Fantastic experience: Not only is Jade an amazing pole instructor, but she is extremely patient too. I’m not a quick learner and ask the same question continuously and Jade never makes me feel like I’m being too much. Everyone at the studio is friendly and welcoming, they are all like one big pole sisterhood. Other ladies give you encouragement and support. I really enjoy coming to the studio, even though I don’t live in Bedford. I highly recommend Jade Roxanne Studios. If you want to learn pole fitness or pole dance, come down and join the team. Fantastic experience: Okay, so, I was introduced to Jade Roxanne on Facebook through a friend. Jade welcomed me so warmly and offered me lots of options for how I could start. My first lesson was with Dani and even though I didn't quite get it I was overwhelmed by the confidence she had in me. By the end of the lesson I was hooked; not just because the dancing was beautiful but because I left the studio feeling really good about myself and knowing what I could achieve. Since joining a year ago I have come really far and my musicality and form has increased to much. Regarding the health benefits... where do I start! I used to go to the gym and nothing in the world has left me as achy as pole but I have become so strong I can lift my own bodyweight and do chin ups (considering I am a size 14). My stamina has also increased allowing me to work harder. I have lost two stone since joining with Jade and she has supported me to become who I am now and what I am capable of. Jade and Dani are truly inspirational women who if you are prepared to work hard for they will help you achieve things you can't even think of. Not to mention they are warm and bubbly ladies who create such a lovely atmosphere to work with. So bottom line, if you want a fun way to work out which literally changed my life then pole fitness with Jade Roxanne is the best option for you.

Fantastic experience: I started at Jades studio just over a year ago. Before this I hadn't done any exercise in over a year. As an ex dancer I was desperate to get back into some form of fitness/dancing. I found jade Roxanne studio! I love it!!!!! Great studio with fabulous instructors!!!! I never felt so welcome and have made friends along the way. My fitness has improved so much and I look forward to each and every class. I cannot recommend this studio or Jade enough!!!!

Fantastic experience: Where do I start?! Jade Roxanne is amazing, even this is a serious understatement! I started pole in August 2014 and have never looked back! Newly single, never set foot in a gym and held a few pathetic attempts at 'runs' under my belt.. Jade makes you feel so comfortable in not necessarily the most dignifying sport when your first starting off let's be honest. She is so supportive and encouraging in every aspect! Always there to catch you when you fall or to unfold you when you end up a human pretzel.. and then laugh it off with you afterwards! Jade makes working out so enjoyable you forget your working so hard (until the next day when you try and put your hair in a ponytail of course!) She is an absolute superhuman how she does this for over 10 hours a day, hats off to this lady! Jade has given me an amount of confidence i never thought I could have, I haven't just gained a new passion and love for something (especially something actually good for me) I have gained a beautiful friend for life (and I've lost weight without feeling like I'm trying!!) Jade and Dannielle aren't just instructors they are so so much more than that, I would recommend Jade Roxanne Studios 100% to everyone and anyone - she always goes the extra mile for each and everyone of her students. Don't get me wrong pole isn't easy, far from it, but my goodness it is one fabulous sport!!
