Fantastic experience: I love this gym for all the facilities it has. The soft play is perfect on rainy Sundays with my toddler and a swim after. Gym has decent equipment. Never had any issues with staff. I find everyone who works there very pleasant. Especially Kurt and Lucas. Friendly faces I look forward to seeing when I go :)

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Excellent health and fitness club. The swimming pool is 25 metres long and always clean and well maintained. Feels very covid safe in club and changing rooms. Hope they manage to remain a viable business and ride the storm of current restrictions and health concerns.

Positive experience: The facility as staff are very attentive however the with the induction process for new members as well as some sort of 3 to 6 months 5 to 10 minute refresher sessions, members should be encourage, instructed to exercise proper gym etiquitte as in returning equipment as well as putting weights and equipment away properly showing courtesy to the next user .

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, good size and a variety of activities for all kinds. Many classes are available; there is also a Swimming pool, Sauna, Steam room and Jacuzzi. And for parents there is a creche, kids play area and swimming lessons. A kitchen and cafe are available for those who might enjoy relaxing after a class or to feed their kids after any lessons/if they get hungry. The only thing I would say isn't much of a positive is the price as it is a private gym and a quite expensive one at that. But if you got the money, definitely worth it.

Fantastic experience: This place is great and one of the best Nuffield health gyms I've visited. The staff and PTs are extremely friendly and always happy to help. The gym is very clean and well facilitated and has a great atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for many years, Patrick Close has been my PT for a long time. He is very dedicated and passionate about his work. Patrick has made me very confident in deadlifts, free weights and given me confidence to challenge my fitness. He is very driven and motivated to his work. He feels accomplished to see the transformation he has made on his clients.Thank you Patrick for all your help to make me a strong person, and I enjoyed all my sessions with you.

Fantastic experience: Today I was superbly looked after by the staff on the desk at the Kingston Nuffield, particularly Carole, when my car broke down in the car park with the usual delay sorting it out. Thank you to the evening staff, who helped me with phone calls and all the support they could give me while I was waiting for the breakdown man to come out. I really appreciated their friendly concern.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with Pool and sauna. The personal trainers in the gym are excellent. I can only recommend Patrick Close, for anyone interested in personal training. There are however a lot of children in the pool area and the gym can get quite packed, especially on Wednesdays. I generally agree with other people on the point, that the gym lacks some equipment, such as the chest fly, all of which can be replaced by other exercises though. They do fair prices on students, I only payed £42 a month.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has just started swimming lessons with Ms. Sharon Cox. My daughter has taken so many private lessons at other gyms and swimming schools, but she never reached the point where she could swim on her own. With only two lessons with Sharon she is now swimming on her own very confidently. We are glad she could take lessons from Sharon. She is a wonderful manager and coach. The gym is clean, with kind staffs and competent coaches, Sharon among others.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has achieved an amazingly high standard of Swimming under Sharon (swim manager). This has led her to gain a school scholarship place for her next school. Sharon as well as a solid teacher, has a wonderful personality and has made my daughter so welcome and nurtured in the group. She is always full of encouragement and drive and wishes the best for all her pupils.

Fantastic experience: Due to lack of food before a PT session I became overwhelmed with sickness and low blood sugar which caused me to be rather unwell. Luckily I was in great hands with staff at the Kingston branch, who helped me recover, gave me the best medical advice and checked all my vitals before leaving feeling much better. Can't thank those guys enough!! Best gym I've ever come across!! This is how all gyms nationwide should be.

Fantastic experience: New studio for yoga etc, new soft play for kids. Would be easier if we could bring our buggies into the waiting area of the new studio or into the studio itself especially when little ones are sleeping on arrival.

Fantastic experience: My kids have started swimming with Sharon Cox since 2012 at the ex Virgin now Nuffield . She has taken my kids at the stage that now my eldest son is a member of Kingston royals and even if he is only 8 he is already into the junior squads , thanks to Sharon again . My second son 7 is swimming for his school squads! She had given them the stamina and the self confidence needed to step up with their swimming! What a great coach , thank you Sharon! She is a great manager and coach , we are still members and still having swimming lessons at Nuffield. Overall the gym is a great place, nice people and good coaching !
