Fantastic experience: I'm moving to Brighton on September the 2nd & I phoned this gym up today & the guy I spoke to was very helpful he said a member of are team will contact you nearly the time & book you in for a tour on the day you move to Brighton then you can join up very helpful guy i spoke to I carnt wait to join this gym its like a ten minute walk from where I will be living fantastic location

Fantastic experience: Even though I had to cancel my membership due to commuting reasons, I should admit that this gym was amazing. Very clean, not too packed and most importantly aircon is working really well. This will be the gym I will come back to in the future. Also the stuff was so friendly. They straight away went ahead with my request and cancelled my membership quickly without any fuss.

Fantastic experience: I was in Brighton for one week and wanted to visit a Gym during my stay. Énergie Fitness Brighton offers weekly subscription which is fantastic. The Front Desk is managed by professional and friendly staff and Amalyah is a darling! She is a sunshine and I felt always comfortable in this Gym. Very clean and well equipped. Fantastic experience: I really love this gym, the equipment is fantastic, high quality, which helps tremendously with the workout. The staff are friendly and welcoming, it is also very clean and tidy at all times, the location is very convenient. Also, communication through emails is always accurate and beneficial, I really enjoy this place, thanks for all your hard work.

Fantastic experience: I have used quite a few gyms in Brighton and near areas; this is by far the one I prefer, location is great and equipment is all new like everything else in the gym. It always smells good, always spotlessly clean. Staff are very nice and welcoming, also good and quick communication via emails or texts, always very helpful. Also they have hair bands and sanitary towels in the ladies which is a really nice and thoughtful touch I have never found in any other gym. I definitely recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Wow so impressed with this Gym! Very clean, not too busy, great equipment and friendly staff (especially Lucy) I’m someone who trains with weights and I have to say the selection of equipment is great, not many pieces that I could think are missing from what they have here. Dumbbells go up to 50kg and there are 2 of most sets of dumbbells which is great Don’t really want to tell too many people about this place I want to keep it all to myself haha!
