Fresh Fitness is a Brighton-based personal trainer giving health and fitness advice through face-to-face sessions, directly addressing individual goals, as well as assessing current strengths and weaknesses.

From a foundation of good technique for efficiency and safety, personal training with Fresh Fitness incorporates all aspects of cardiovascular fitness, conditioning, strength, flexibility and motor skills to address a broad range of health and physical wellness. We give straightforward nutrition advice where necessary and other tips and tricks to help you towards your specific goal.

Fresh Fitness Brighton trains clients at the Fitnesshub, a bespoke training facility fully equipped with a wide range of free weight, fixed strength and amazing functional equipment.
