Highly recommend Michael for producing the results we were looking for within a set time frame. He is very professional and reliable, never late and never cancelled a session. Provided a great programme which was thoroughly enjoyed!
Michael is a phenomenal trainer and a great person. I had initially trained with Michael for 10 weeks and have now returned back for more sessions with him. He is so friendly and helpful, and each session we train a different muscle group. I suffer with bulging discs in my back and neck which causes me sciatic pain in my leg, and rotator cuff syndrome in my right shoulder since May 2012. I never seemed to get anywhere with doctors or physiotherapists so was amazed at the changes I saw in my strength and weight each week. Michael was very patient with me, answered all my questions and he kept me feeling motivated. He also kept track of my diet throughout and I couldn't thank him enough for how much better I feel in myself. If you want a trainer that is truly invested in your own person success then Michael is for you.
I started training with Mike 4 months ago following 18 months of not doing any exercise due to a neck injury. I was looking for a trainer who could help me get back into exercise slowly as I was nervous that I would cause further injury and pain on my own in the gym and from my initial consultation I was confident that Mike would listen to my restrictions and work round my limitations. 4 months on I am fitter, stronger and I have had no more neck pain. I have also lost over a stone and seen a big change to my body shape which was also one of my main goals and I feel much happier! Overall I recommend Mike as a PT as his sessions are well structured, he keeps them fresh with new exercises and importantly you feel you are getting a good workout but they are enjoyable too!
Since I started working in an office job in the City years ago, I have done little to no exercise. My sister and I started training with Michael last summer aiming to change that! Since then my fitness levels have greatly increased and I have had lots of comments from my friends on the weight I've lost. Michael pushes you as hard as you can go but understands everyone's limitations; on occasions when we've had dodgy wrists or knees he's adjusted the exercises to accommodate for that. I'd definitely recommend Michael as a personal trainer because, as well as really knowing what he's talking about, he's also easy to have a conversation with which makes the sessions all the more enjoyable.
Having recently had a child I was looking to lose the weight I had put on through pregnancy. I wanted a trainer that would understand my goals and needs, as well as understanding my limitations after having not exercised for so long, and Michael was able to do just that. He was patient and thorough in his explanation of exercises and his nutrition plan was especially helpful as it contained a lot of information and was so easy to follow. If you're looking for a personal trainer that motivates you and is willing to go the extra mile to get you to achieve your goals, then I would definitely recommend Michael.
