It doesn’t matter whether you’ve never stepped in a gym before or love nothing more than spending hours working out, we have what you need to improve your health. To make life easier we are open 24 hours a day, membership is contract-free and we have lots of kit and free fitness classes to get your body moving on up! Our gym also has free parking*.

We know how busy you are so we’ve made it as easy as possible for you to work out by opening our doors 24 hours. Whether you’re a night owl or an early bird you can fulfil your fitness needs round the clock and because our gyms are remotely monitored you have the peace of mind that your safety is guaranteed.
Some gyms impose unfair contracts on members which they cannot cancel when their circumstances change. At PureGym, we like to do things differently, because we don’t have contracts, just a monthly membership which you can walk away from whenever you like without paying a penalty.
Why you would want to go anywhere else is anyone’s guess because we have more than 220 top-of-the-range pieces of kit throughout all of our UK gyms. Your heart will soon be racing on our cross trainers, treadmills, steppers and rowers or if you’re looking to bulk up head towards our huge free weights area which is packed with fixed-resistance and plate-loaded equipment, as well as dumbbells up to 50kg. Take a spin on our indoor cycles or try out Pure Fit, a multi-functional area containing the rig, plyometric boxes and battle ropes! When it comes to fitness, we’ve got the lot, so just bring your motivation and we’ll do the rest.
Not only are we packed with gear, we have more than 60 free fitness classes available every week, so if you enjoy working out in groups or with a gym buddy walk this way! Tone up your legs, bums and tums or if you like it fast and furious check out our boot camp or fat burn classes. For something totally different get your kicks from a great martial arts experience in Pure Combat which really packs a punch! When it comes to group sessions, PureGym is top of the class.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Pure Gym properly since January, before this point i didnt have q lot of confidence in the gym, or with fitness. Prior to this my mom and dad passed away in 2020, which was really hard, i got stuck in a bubble, where I had a bad relationship with food and my body, i hated what i was becoming. The classes have really helped with my mental health aswell as fitness. I feel a much happier active person not just for me but for my kids. I started off with LBT with Maria which I am still sticking with, she is amazing and always has a smile on her face. I have recently took up spin too to add cardio into the mix, I go to Ant and Marias classes for those too and they both push you to where you need to be, and the motivation they give you through there classes are second to none. So glad I joined, and i can't see myself going back.
