Fantastic experience: I went here as a suggestion from a friend who wrestles here, it peaked my interest and I went on a Monday session thinking I’d either love it or hate it. Fast forward 5 months and I live and breath for this company, extremely friendly and patient to anyone new willing to train. Strongly suggest to anyone looking for a quiet friendly gym or even to try a hand a wrestling!

Fantastic experience: I have joined a few different gyms before but never stuck it out, mainly due to there being too many people round me and not to mention not knowing what I am doing! Due to me not having a clue I would loose interest really quickly because I wouldn't see the results I wanted. Since joining with FFW and having Hayden train me I literally saw instant results. Hayden knew exactly what I needed to be doing, we set a nutrition plan and had a PT session once a week. I Never felt like I was out of my depth nor did I feel uncomfortable or self conscious. Hayden is really patient and fantastic at what he does. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: A very friendly and professionally run organisation. Open to all abilities for not only Wrestling but also all your personal fitness needs. If you're looking to get in shape in a none judgemental environment or take up a new hobby then look no further than this place. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Last year I went through a pretty traumatic experience and was advised to start going to the gym in an effort to improve my mental health. The thought of going to the gym absolutely terrified me, and I didn’t want to end up paying for a PT who just shoved me on a treadmill and left me to it. I contacted Becca and Hayden and was treated with kindness and respect. I was reassured that, considering the trauma I’d gone through, I would be safe to speak up if there was anything I felt uncomfortable with. I was anxious attending my first session, but Hayden went through everything slowly, at a safe distance, and even went to the effort of telling me exactly where he would be standing if he was out of my line of sight - eg if he was standing behind me while I was lifting weights. My anxieties have dissolved and I trust Hayden implicitly. I feel safe which is a huge accomplishment. Hayden is very patient and if I’m really struggling with an exercise, will adapt it slightly - he never makes me feel like I’m a failure. I can’t recommend FFW enough - no two sessions are the same, they’re enjoyable and I’m not just shoved on a treadmill and left to get on with it. It really is personalised training. We’ve even had some laughs along the way. I feel stronger both mentally and physically and I honestly believe I owe it to the kindness, dedication and support from Becca and Hayden. I don’t think I would be where I am today without them.

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility. I had been to a few large commercial gyms previous to coming here but never stayed long at them due to the amount of people in them. Before coming here my confidence was very low but week by week my confidence has grown. I really enjoy it here as we always have a laugh and feel great afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: FFW has grown over the years I have known it and is a fantastic place to train. Wrestling aside, the facility offers a wonderfully stocked Gym and Hayden who is not only a Wrestling coach is a committed and experienced nutritionist and personal trainer. I would strongly recommend FFW to anyone looking to better there lifestyle and fitness, even if you aren't coming for the Wrestling.

I felt anxious and self conscious about my body and really didn't want to go into a large commercial gym so when I heard of FFW Pro Wrestling and Fitness one on one personal trainer I decided to give it a go. I can honestly say it's the best thing I did because I have gained confidence, lost some inches and have fun. I would highly recommend giving it a try

Fantastic experience: I travel from Newcastle every year as a birthday treat to myself and catch up with things from home inbetween - initially stumbling across Fight Factory Wrestling by complete accident 3 ears ago, i can say with my hand on my heart that some of the best performers i've seen in the UK are (or have been) here in Fight Factory Wrestling. The wrestling school is obviously doing something very, very right. I've had a stellar time at all of the show's I've been to, seen some of the best matches, and met some of the best people. Can't wait for the next opportunity I get to go down to the shows, and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Amazing company!!!! I have had the pleasure of being at shows put on by Fight Factory Wrestling, but so been able to train at the Dutch courage gym home of the ffw academy. I'd reccomend that anyone should give this place a try to Come along and watch a show and see exactly the intense and mesmerising professional level show that's been put on or to take the one step further and begin to train Training is like nothing I've ever experienced before it's a great way to attain an athletic physique, as well as learning a profession from moves to psychology and fitness run by a host of professional level wrestler with 50+ years experience, you know your in good hands Its also a great way to boost mental well being and to feel like you've achieved something great Like I said it doesnt matter who you are or what you look like their is a place for you at FFW

Fantastic experience: My experience has always been amazing. Ive been to both the family friendly shows and the over 18+ shows and they are both awesome. The family friendly especially because it means kids can boo and cheer on the wrestlers and even after the show the kids can go meet the wrestlers and get pictures and signatures of their favourite wrestlers. Plus this company accept anyone even if they have a disability they still accept them into the Dutch courage ring to adapt it to the way they learn. Amazing company and all I have to say is FFW!!!!
