Fantastic experience: Ang has made an unbelievable difference to my fitness. Her Pilates classes are friendly, encouraging and also focused. As a PT instructor she tunes in to what you need, without judgement she advises and motivates with no shouting but sometimes laughter! She has built my strength and all round fitness. I’m no exercise fan but I keep going because she knows how to drive me and she will you too, whatever your ability.
Fantastic experience: Ange is an excellent motivator and ran some amazing classes. I know some of the students she has tutored and they do extremely well with her. I would highly recommend any of the services she offers.
