PureGym Liverpool Central

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym recently and it's very useful. It's spacious with plenty of equipment to use and the staff are nice and helpful too. I recommend it if you're in this area.

Fantastic experience: great gym, great equipment for all kinds of workouts and the classes are great especially if you're new and have no idea what youre doing and the changing rooms are good with good showers and the gym is regularly cleaned so nothing negative to say about this gym

Fantastic experience: Good gym. Lots of free weights, racks and barbell equipment, cables, isolation machines, and lots of cardio equipment spread out over large area. No frills and no nonsense. Staff are pleasant. PureGym were the only commercial chain vocal against unfair covid guidelines which I will always keep in mind. Don't understand the negative reviews, maybe it's because I usually train off peak and during peak times it's a different experience. Public gyms are about compromise. This is a popular city centre gym and with that will come busier times.

She knows me as Ged the gardener who loves to trim trees

Fantastic experience: The gym is down q few stairs but doss have a lift for those who need it, toilets and changing rooms available which are cleaned regularly, I seen cleaners in and out of them a few times, most people that use this gym are easy going which creates a calm atmosphere

Fantastic experience: Good equipment, lots of weights and cardio equipment so you almost never have to wait your turn and lots of space. Dressing rooms are clean and convenient. Open at all hours. If I still lived in Liverpool I would happily keep going here

Fantastic experience: This is my current regular gym. They have a big free weights area with all the trimmings, a huge bank of treadmills, stair climbers, elliptical and bikes and have targeted exercise machines for nearly every part of your body. There's a stretch out and jungle gym type area and huge space for classes, as well as a couple of vibration plates for when you want to stretch and sound like a Darlek at the same time. The staff are always friendly and helpful and it's 24hr access is no joke, very easy to enter with a pin and a cheap membership

Fantastic experience: Peter, Rob and George were brilliant help when I dropped my phone down inside the Stair master. They took the machine apart and found my phone for me. Thanks lads.

Fantastic experience: The gym is clean and the equipments are kept in good conditions. Very spacious. The only downside is you cannot get a hold on the exercise mats whenever they run classes in the studio.

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym just two months ago and it's great! Good value for money, all the staff are really helpful i felt I could go ask for advice at any time to any of the personal trainers and they were extremely helpful! It is in a basement but I kinda like not having the general public watching me sweat! Really noticing the difference in my body too after a short Space of time! Join peeps you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Fabulous- simply the best gym there is. Low cost memberships, no contract and 24 hour access. Over 50 free classes per week- early and mid-morning, midday and evening so it's always possible to fit one in around your work schedule. There are fantastic, enthusiastic and dedicated PTs who are so helpful and knowledgeable - advice is always given freely. Changing rooms and showers are clean and working out late at night-alone- i have never felt unsafe due to cctv surveillance and the entrance pods which only admit members via their security PIN. Friendly atmosphere and excellent equipment. No steam room or café which I like as only people who want to train use this gym which seriously cuts down on the posing factor! I love it and after 2 years, i have no need or intention of going elsewhere.
