Fantastic experience: Was quite nervous joining a new gym & not having much experience working out but one of the staff members Tom has helped me every session he sees me in there! I’m learning every session Great gym, 10/10 would recommend you join!

Fantastic experience: Great gym great staff friendly people and lovely atmosphere. I went the gym on Friday 26th Aug but I never got to workout because when I pulled into the car park I new there was somethink wrong with my car. So thank you to Jamie Mcintyre for your help and also to Franny Curlett for pushing my car into reverse so I could get out of the car park and get to a garage very much appreciated guys thanks again.

Fantastic experience: Great 24hr gym ️‍♀️ free classes to attend and help is around if you have any questions about how to use any of the equipment or want any kind of information about available classes or sessions that you would like to attend there are deep tissue massages available on site aswell to help you be able to rest and relax with recovery from your sessions with it being daily or weekly .personal trainers are also available for block bookings or individual bookings.

Positive experience: It's nice open 24/7 but they lack one thing. THE ROMAN BENCH. this is crucial for lower spine training

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in Liverpool with all the facilities needed in the gym with showers for ladies and gents. Very clean and tidy. All members clean the machines after use. The trainers and other staff are very supportive. It is 24hrs so pop in whenever you want or bring your friend 4 times a month. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Plenty of parking in a shared area with a sainsburys nearby if you need anything. Open 24 hours a day. It does get busy during peak hours but the staff seem to care about keeping the place clean and putting the weights back, which helps when it's packed as there are not bench's etc all over the place. Plenty of cable machines as well which I appreciate. Better layout and atmosphere than the one in the city centre

Fantastic experience: USP of Gym Group is it is 24*7 open. Large enough to host large number of gym goers with sufficient equipments. Good trainers. Premises has good enough parking space. With little additional amount one can workout at any gym group across Liverpool.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a more. Your on your own gym. You can use what ever machine you like when you like. Stay for as long or as little as you'd like. Not many staff on the floor normally 1-3 staff at a time and that's if classes are on. Don't get bothered by other people. From 10pm to 6am it is open but there is no staff available but there is call buttons if there is a problem but overall nice, cool relaxing environment gym with wheel chair accessibility and wonderful air conditioning.
