Why take part in the Workout Liverpool Bootcamp? The progressive nature of our camps means you can participate in back-to-back camps and still get better and stronger. There is no limit to your goals and we can tailor your WODs to help keep your progression adapt to each goal.

After one six week bootcamp i saw a major difference in my body shape and strength. Everyone is really friendly and motivating, no more dreading going the gym!

I completed my first 6 week book camp last year, really enjoyed the atmosphere and coaching. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door.

Really enjoyed the last 6 week bootcamp - helped me to stay motivated and the workouts are a good mix of exercises. Everyone in the gym is really friendly and I can’t wait to get back to the next bootcamp when gyms open.

The boot camp was brilliant. It is a nice spacious gym and I felt COVID safe. Really enjoyed the sessions. The trainers are friendly but pushed you when you needed it too.

A great bootcamp, I found it well structured to give maximum benefit where your personal goals are achievable. Really enjoyable, Clients and trainers are really friendly and the gym has a welcoming atmosphere. Ready for the next bootcamp in April.

Here are some of the things we’re commonly asked about the 12 Week Bootcamp. If there’s anything else you need to know, just put up the phone and give us a call on 0151 458 3076.

Early bird deals will be released 4 weeks in advance and you can sign up anytime before the start of the camp, however the camps do have limited places available and once they are full you will not be able to sign up.

Tuesday and Thursday sessions are at either 6:00am, 9:30am, 4:45pm, 5:45pm, 6:45pm or 7:45pm with Saturday sessions being at 8am, 9am, 10am or 11am. You choose your session times during the sign up process and you are then guaranteed these times each week.

We have a max capacity of 8 participants at each allocated session time. All participants are allocated their own workout station which are over 2 metres apart and they do no share equipment.

The bootcamp is suitable for all abilities whether you are a beginner or an advanced fitness enthausast. Our trainers pride themselves on building WODs and training programs that are challenging yet encouraging for all levels to participate in.

We would advise you to speak to your GP before participating in any physical activity and at this time we would not recommend signing up to the camp. However the gym also offers 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions which are better suited for women during pregnancy.

Fantastic experience: After gaining weight during lockdown from poor diet and no exercise, enough was enough and I wanted to change. I found Workout Liverpool online and after researching, found an old mate of mine had done a bootcamp and had some great results, so I bit the bullet and signed up. It works out as such good value for money given the tailored diet plan, body composition testing, fitness testing, home workouts and 3 group training sessions in the gym. The atmosphere in the gym is great and the support the group shows eachother and the encouragement from the trainer's really pushes us on! I would 100% recommend this to anybody looking to make a change. Over 2 bootcamps I lost about 12kg in "body weight" but from the detailed composition testing it showed muscle had increased so meaning even more than 12kg of fat had gone! Not only that but smashing my previous results on the fitness/strength retests. Had a really relaxed Xmas and New Year and definitely gained afew pounds back... But I'm all signed up for January's 12 week camp, and ready to get back on it and smash my goals for 2022 Cheers Joe and the crew... And see you soon

Fantastic experience: I train at workout Liverpool with my PT Chloe O’Connell (coachingwithchloe_). Workout Liverpool is a great gym and Chloe is an amazing PT and coach. Honestly could not recommend her enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Loved being at workout Liverpool on both occasions. Had to give up first time as moved away but the classes & PT sessions with Joe & Sophie were brilliant and would highly recommend. Returned for the 2nd time and joined the boot camp!! BOSS programme, really enjoyed it and came back for next the next boot camp! Great equipment and friendly trainers within the whole gym!

Fantastic experience: You could not ask for better pts it is such a happy friendly safe and clean environment The pts will help you in every way they can if something is too hard for you they will show you an alternative that’s easier for your ability The other clients that go become friends and make your sessions more enjoyable and fun I would recommend workout liverpool to everyone.Every age gender and fitness ability is made welcome

Fantastic experience: Working out for me has always been a real chore, and finding the motivation to do so proved to be my biggest challenge, but having started PT sessions with Joe I have found a new love for working out & I have never felt better! Joe understands exactly what I want to achieve and puts together tailor made sessions to help me achieve my goals, which consist of; workout routines, meal plans and general fitness advise. The PT sessions are always well planned & structured, & I always leave the sessions feeling very fulfilled! I have also been going to the classes put on by Joe, which me & my friends have been really enjoying doing together. Last year a HIIT workout would have been my worst nightmare, but the classes are dare I say, fun! The organisation of the workouts make working out a much more enjoyable experience, with the classes planned out ready for us to get straight into. I have already seen a huge improvement in my overall fitness level, & as a result, feel so much more confident in myself. I look forward to carrying on with my fitness journey & can’t thank Joe enough for helping me reach my goals! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Bootcamp which started in September 2021 for 10 weeks. Joe provides a very professional service from start to finish. He will fully support you throughout, with a personal nutrition plan and is available to ask questions outside of any of the planned sessions; the training plan is the same for all attendee's, measuring strength and fitness at the beginning and performing the same tests upon completion. However every individual will move forward at their own pace and adaptations will be made if necessary. The venue is very spacious and clean, with parking available on site. There isn't a competitive feel about the Bootcamps; everyone is very supportive of each other. An enjoyable experience and would certainly do again, if I lost my way! Thanks Joe

Fantastic experience: Where do I start? 41 - overweight - low in confidence - to self conscious to go back to the gym, the list goes on. Well not anymore. Since doing this bootcamp and seeing the amazing results, I now have confidence, am no longer as self conscious and I'm loving the gym again. Thanks to Joe and his team I have lost weight, gained muscle and got a new lease of life. I am now on my second bootcamp and will be signing up for my third. If you are anything like me and want to get yourself back on track, then this is the camp for you. The people, the setup and environment are perfect. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!

Fantastic experience: I started a 10 week bootcamp at Workout Liverpool in October 21. From the 1st meeting with Joe it was obvious that he knew his job inside out. For me, it’d been a long time since I’d been in a gym and done any form of exercise, Joe’s program will suit all different levels of fitness, he made it simple and enjoyable at the same time. Fantastic experience: The Bootcamp ran by Joe and his team were just what I needed after the lockdowns of 2020. I have gained confidence in lifting weights and became consistent with training. Having access to the app helped me see my progress easily, and get some great ideas for nutrition. If i was having any issues, i could message Joe and he always replied with encouragement, a high level of knowledge and care. Safe to say I would highly recommend the bootcamps to anyone, regardless of their starting point. A big thank you to all the trainers who were involved!

Fantastic experience: I started on the 10 week boot camp with Jo after years of inactivity. I enjoyed It from day 1 the Sessions are easy to follow, adapted to your own starting level. I particularly enjoyed the Saturday circuits, this with the weekly sessions on endurance and strength meant I could see self improvement each week. I made every session and have signed up for the next boot camp. I enjoyed the group, I found the people in my group and those I met on the Saturdays spurred me on and gave encouragement along the way. I never felt judged or uncomfortable I would wholly recommended trying this out regardless of ability.I started completely unfit but found the sessions are tailored enough for any ability. I made improvements in all areas and will continue through the Next camp.. if you are debating this give it a go you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Friendly gym, great trainers who adapt classes to the individual fitness levels. I would never work this hard unless I had some one encouraging me. First time I have ever stuck to attending a gym for longer than a couple of weeks. Just signed up for another camp. Feel so much healthier and positive. Well worth it

Fantastic experience: I attended the 10 week bootcamp that started in August. After lockdown my fitness, confidence and motivation was at zero. Since completing the bootcamp, I have improved my strength, overall fitness and also dropped cm’s from all over. I’ve also learned the basics from form to setting up equipment properly to help me when I’m in the gym. Fantastic experience: Had a really great experience at work out. I did two camps and lost 12kg. Joe and the other trainers are great an really help you on your journey not just with the exercise but with diet and nutrition. The classes are great an vary so you don’t get bored. Great facilities. Whatever your goal is the boot camps are the best way to achieve it. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to start their fitness journey

Fantastic experience: I was a PT and Class Instructor at Workout Liverpool for a year and a half. I couldn't recommend working at this gym enough! Although I worked as an independent Personal Trainer, I was fully supported with advertising on social media and with getting clients by the owner. Workout Liverpool has such a positive and supportive atmosphere created by both the trainers and members. While being a part of the Team I had the freedom to choose when I wanted to train my clients or train myself as I was given access to the gym at all times. The gym is fully equipped with a great range of equipment, meaning I never had to wait for pieces of equipment to be free. The gym is big enough to give you and your clients your own space as well! The experience overall working and training here was awesome, it's the perfect place for any Personal Trainer to work. You haven't only got a brilliant facility to work in but your surrounded by a team that will support and encourage you to strive. Go and check it out for yourself!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality As a first timer at a Fitness Bootcamp was apprehensive as to whether I could manage it but Joe was able to tailor the exercises to my fitness level and even designed exercises for when I was away on holiday. Massive improvement in my fitness at end of camp, would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my 12 week transformation with Workout Liverpool and I can’t help but be choked at my results. After one of the worst years, suffering with anxiety and getting myself stuck in a rut I couldn’t see a way out and then I piled on over a stone and a half. I booked my wedding and signed a contract for a wedding dress 2 sizes smaller but the pounds just kept piling on. The best day of my life was when I walked through Workout Liverpool’s door. They have supported me (and shouted at me) every step of the way. They have had me crying in pain and crying with laughter every single day. They picked me up on the days I thought I couldn’t go on any longer and as I got stronger they pushed me even harder. My only regret is not joining sooner. I am officially 1 stone 5lb down and feeling the healthiest and strongest I have ever felt. If you are looking for more than a gym, but looking for a family with a culture of nothing but support and motivation, then Workout Liverpool is for you. Thank you Workout Liverpool, you have helped me more than you could ever know. Here’s to the future because you are never getting rid of me!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Where do I start.. Since a long time, I was looking for a combination of the gym and the heavy circuits. I tried even fitness military classes. I have to admit they are brilliant, but 100% outdoor so you were there despite the weather conditions. It wasn't always nice e.g. when heavy raining... I tried to do my best, but unfortunately, it didn't work in the long term. Fortunately, I found the WorkoutLiverpool and so far I think it's the perfect option for someone who is ready to work hard as results can be seen easly. There is the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also, they understand what you are striving for and they will get you there and further while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations (like I do!). You can have a PT session as well, which help you to achieve your personal fitness goals. The gym is highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with This gym for 10 months now and absolutely love it. The staff are professional and caring and push you to your max! They know your limits and treat every member as an individual helping them with their fitness journey every step of the way. The equipment is second to none and the classes are amazing. I recommend this gym to everyone. Classes are made to fit everyone’s busy lifestyles so early morning to late night are perfect for everyone. It’s the friendliest gym around!
