 I injured my back pretty bad tried doctors, surgeons, osteopaths, acupuncture, private counselling, prescription drugs, creams that were not working for me. 

A Friendly holistic approach to exercise. Safe, relaxing but straightforward. We understand that back pain can be stressful and complicated, trying to find the right diagnosis to your problem. 

We design the plan with you. Carefully around your problems, conditions, lifestyle and circumstances adapting along the way, providing you with full support every day.

We combine the benefits of Pilates exercise therapy, holistic health and wellness with the latest research of modern exercise science, giving you speciality classes.  

The classes are simple, safe, gentle, relaxing, effective and corrects postural imbalances and create core strength, flexibility, stability, body awareness, help prevent and overcome injuries and diseases, reduction in aches and pains, improves coordination, promotes sleep, gives you energy and focus helps with stress, anxiety and healing in the body and even weight loss. A healthy body, mental wellbeing and fitness

Fantastic experience: Pilates with Vicky is top class. She always adapts the exercises to my ability to help me with my personal mobility issues after major surgery. I have benefitted enormously from Vicky’s classes! Her expertise and knowledge are 10/10. She is personable and easy to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough for anyone regardless of fitness or ability.

Fantastic experience: Started classes with Victoria in a group session for back pain after seeing her Facebook offer late last year. After some 9 months working from home my weight and posture had both moved in the wrong direction! After 2 term sessions in the group class I sat better and felt better, a great learning curve. But this was not enough, after a chat I took up one to one lessons. Brilliant, my weight has improved and my stamina and strength massively improved. The lessons are fun she has a great personality which comes across in the training, I am pushed to perform better with goals set and to keep the workouts up away from the weekly lessons through the recordings sent following the lesson each week. I am male, 60 years old and feel better than I ever have before, wish I had found Vicky years ago. If you are suffering from back pain, TRY THIS it is amazing how quickly you can improve. If you are worried about going back to the office with lockdown belly, go for the one to ones so worth it.

Fantastic experience: Hi I have been a member of Victoria's group for the past 2yrs I have been suffering with a back injury and the pilates along side my own gym workout have allowed me to continue working 14 weeks ago I had surgery on my spine due to a compacted disc squeezing my spinal cord and arthritis on my vertebrae pressing on my sciatic nerve and coursing my legs to go numb. Thanks to Victoria's guidance and support I am making a fantastic recovery the pilates are perfect for stretching and improving of posture and core strength. I highly recommend anyone who is having back pain or mobility problems to try

Fantastic experience: I started Pilates with Victoria more than 2 years ago and am still turning up every week. It has become a vital part of my weekly schedule to keep flexible as I get a bit older. I had tried out Pilates classes before, but it was clear from the first week that Victoria’s knowledge and approach was far more effective than anything I had experienced before. When lockdown hit, we switched to Zoom classes. Although Victoria went back to offering face to face classes, she continues to offer online classes. This is the best thing ever as I no longer have to commit to a 30 minute drive either side of the class. Victoria is excellent at making sure we can see what she is doing. Taking part in a class from home is really convenient and I totally recommended it. Come and join us. The more the merrier!

Fantastic experience: Inspirational, highly knowledgeable, friendly but very professional. I started Pilates with Vicky only 5 months ago but unfortunately can only attend one evening per week. If I had the opportunity, I would certainly attend more frequently. For a long time I have been encouraged by medical professionals, family and friends to try Pilates for a long standing lower back and shoulder issue. Vicky came high recommended and I only wish I had contacted her sooner. She makes you feel very welcome from first contact and classes are not overcrowded. I cannot recommend Pilates enough. I was recently gardening, all day for about 6 hours, most of it on hands and knees. When I stood up, I was very stiff and could not stand upright. In the past I would have taken painkillers and found a hot water bottle but this time I thought I would try some of the stretches and moves that Vicky has taught me. At first I could not bend over much or stand upright but after approximately half an hour of various gentle stretches, I was able to stand up straight and practically touch my toes in one movement. It was truly incredible. Pilates has been inspirational for me and I am finding that, with practice, I am becoming stronger and more flexible and, more importantly, I am learning how to help myself to alleviate pain.

Fantastic experience: I attend one of Vicky's class weekly and always enjoyable. The variety that she brings to her classes, means that you don't get bored.

Fantastic experience: Victoria has a wealth of knowledge of Pilates and teaches extremely well, giving individual attention where needed and differentiating her practice for all levels of ability. As well as fun, her classes have been excellent for my posture and strength and are a great complement to the aerobic sports I do.

Fantastic experience: Great classes with excellent explanation and demonstration of moves. Different levels of difficulty offered and lots of variety in the class e.g. use of balls and bands.Most importantly it is great fun and Victoria is a fantastic motivator. Highly recommended !!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent instructor! I've been taking a pilates class with Victoria which I totally love! She brings in different equipment each time making her classes fun and there is never a dull moment. She pays attention to everyone and provides alternatives for exercises to match any level. Her superb personality matches her absolute professionalism. I highly encourage you to give a try and find out for yourself.
