Fantastic experience: My second home :) been a member for the past 4 years and will carry on as long as possible. Friendly staff and members. Equipment well maintained and regularly cleaned. Changing rooms and toilets are clean and maintained. The personal trainers are very helpful and would answer your questions. The Gym App is really helpful.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym location. I’ve been a member for almost 2 years and cannot fault this gym. Great facilities for the cost and is always very clean. I have never found this gym to be too overcrowded either which surprised me, especially during the usual peak hours. Very good value for money

Fantastic experience: Well equipped, massive two floor gym with open plan for great interactive classes and also effective individual drills. The Gym has some of the most state-of-the-art facilities in Rast Manchester. What's more? It's the most affordable ever with no contract fees or exit barrier. If you are looking for a flexible hours gym facility, this one is open 24 hours and you can customise your plans on whichever equipment you choose. Quite frankly, it's the best deal you could ever get from a health and wellbeing facility.

Positive experience: I’ll give it 5 stars only because I get the respect from people in there from some people. But seriously I think I’ll deduct 2 stars due to men with their big egos in there. But still a few muscle ups put them to shame. So all good over all nice parking space in the gym. Staff I like friendly helpful

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. I tried it when the one in Oldham was under maintenance or getting refreshed and they have a wide variety of workout machines, weights and spaces for stretching. I wouldn't trust Google maps for getting here though because for some reason it took me to Thrifty Car and Van Rentals Manchester.

Fantastic experience: Good range of equipment, very clean. 24hrs is a massive plus. Not too busy, never had to wait for equipment and the app is great bonus. Not tried the classes yet but have seen a few and they look good. PTs are on the floor if needed and aren't in your face like at some gyms. All in all I'd recommend

Positive experience: The gym equipment is perfectly fine but the gym itself has some basic maintenance issues. The phone scan entrance system rarely if ever works. The changing rooms aren't locked. Many of the lockers have damage, some shower cubicles don't lock and the showers themselves often randomly throw out scalding hot water or ice cold, the former being pretty dangerous really (it's like boiling water for several seconds). There are frequent announcements about keeping the equipment clean, but the message is done in a really cocky way and nobody enforces it because I frequently see people sweating and gasping over equipment then just wander off without cleaning up after themselves. It's one of the cheaper memberships for this chain and to be honest it feels like you're getting what you pay for.

Fantastic experience: The gym ashton old road has changed my way of thinking no more sat watching the TV all day vegatating I go and do light exercises at my own pace and have started to feel like I am getting somewhere slowly but surely?? Boosting my self esteem and not feeling worthless also the members of staff are very helpful well done the gym one satisfied member

Fantastic experience: A great 2-story gym with loads of equipment distributed between the 2 floors. Helpful & friendly staff, always there when needed. They don't hesitate to give advice on how to correctly perform an exercise and benefit the muscles. Lots of parking spaces, for free. a suggestion would be to create a ladies-only area for free weights

Fantastic experience: This is a decent gym for a bargain price. 2 floors, plenty of machines and free weights. Regular free classes given by professional instructors and you can have a personal trainer for extra cost. Changing rooms with showers. Free parking. All this for £11.99 per month you can't beat it! OK so there's no swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, coffee shop etc but if you want all that then go to virgin and pay 60 quid per month. This place is clean, spacious, modern and unintimidating. People of all shapes and sizes come here so you won't look out of place if you're fat but there is still plenty of eye candy for both men and women to make your workout slightly less boring!

Fantastic experience: A 5 star Gym! Having been a member for 6 months and used it almost every day, I can endorse a 5 star rating for customer service, equipment, spaciousness, comfort and being made to feel welcome. This gym leaves nothing to the imagination - it has it all!

Fantastic experience: I normally go the the branch in Piccadilly Gardens but they were undergoing one of their constant refurbishments, therefore I got a free day pass to this place. First impressions are that it is clean and spacious. The facilities are familiar, there's the usual lockers, showers (but no hairdryers!), and lots of equipment. I went around 8:30-9:30 so it wasn't busy. If I lived in the local area I would definitely take out a membership here. It feels nice and cosy. Way nicer than the Piccadilly branch.

Fantastic experience: I'm a new register, and visited only three times, but in the meantime it's pretty good. Without any special problems. A little crowded and noisy.
