Fantastic experience: I have one of the personal trainers there, Matt, who has been a brilliant help, I'm still new to the gym and still getting started but first impressions are brilliant. Clean equipment, staff are friendly, and Matts a good PT. Its a good place to go for tips if your a beginner too, because staff and the people who go there seem willing to offer you advice!

Fantastic experience: Have used the Kings Heath branch since Easy Gym takeover. There is a very wide variety of equipment and helpful floor staff. Members respect each other and you can feel the vibe for motivation. Can do with strength and muscle building classes as 50% of members could then participate. There is large group of members who’s goal is to built size and strength but unfortunately these are left out who could do with participation.

Fantastic experience: I usually come here after work between 7-10pm and the gym would be packed and usually no free weights or machines to use that I desire to use. However, I came at 4.30am today and there was less than 20 people and that’s probably an understatement with a lot of free machines and desired weights. Definitely recommend to come early when majority of members are asleep

Fantastic experience: Since it's been changed up by the Gym group it's been great, they're doing a great job of dealing with covid by making sure the paper towels are always stocked up so we can wipe down the equipment after we've finished using them, only thing I would say is, anytime when I actually do need a member of staff I can never find one in the office, not that this is a bad thing because they're usually around the Gym cleaning the equipment but it would be great if there was some sort of bell or something or device that they wore so that we could press a button that would notify them that someone needs a member of staff by the office or something. Otherwise its a great Gym I've been training here for years!!

Fantastic experience: One of the best The Gym locations. Equipment is recent and big gym with good organization. Could have more smaller dumbbells which are the most used, along with the only Z bar available... Very crowded all the time

Fantastic experience: Best priced gym with decent equipment my only criticism is the fact that the machines break every two weeks or so but I suppose that comes from a lot of users using them over the course of the week

Fantastic experience: I go here all the time and it's a great place to work on a variety of things. such as cardio machines, free weights, cable machines, mats (for classes) and a punching bag. So overall its good for basic fitness and it's worth the £18 that I pay monthly

Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff members, especially the manager (lady with blonde hair) who I can see clearly puts in her heart and sole into the business! The gym offers great resources and great atmosphere. Would be great if the music was louder sometimes and the aircon wasn’t on so high! But overall, really popular gym with all age ranges attending. Plus it’s 24 hours! And parking for 2 hours for free when registering your vehicle.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, friendly members and the cleaners do a great job, lots of equipment decent music, great classes and friendly personal trainers.

Fantastic experience: Has more than enough cardio machines which are never all used. Weights area also very good, plenty of everything so not much waiting required for equipment. Also has decent changing room, showers and toilets. Gym validates two hours of free parking after entering car number plate on their system.

Fantastic experience: Good gym plenty room to work out ok some of the the equipment needs sorting but that will happen sooner or later. I enjoy the atmosphere and nobody bothers you they just get on with their own thing

The instructors are brilliant - I'd recommend the classes as they are non judgmental on your fitness - I'm not very fit (yet) and was quite nervous about joining this gym but it's been a positive experience.
