Fantastic experience: Best gym in Newcastle. By a mile.

Fantastic experience: I came to visit family in Newcastle, was looking for a good gym to train, I have to say after discovering this place has to go down one of the best in the North East, I've been to a few different ones already in Newcastle, but this beats it by far, well looked after and so clean, this will be my regular when ever am up there, equipments are heavy duty and you have everything you need, great choice of music two, keeps you in the zone!

Fantastic experience: Only had the one session, but the equipment is amazing, wasn't too busy even for first day opening, staff seemed sound. The boxing gym upstairs looks unreal. Reasonable prices and no arsing around with contracts etc. Really impressed

Fantastic experience: Straight to the point, no fuss, cannot compare this gym to the commercial ones, proper old school. Gym seemed a bit small and we were bothered a bit by the food eating in the gym, but hey, it is what it is. Struggled a bit by the non existence of 2.5kg plates and when squatting, (as a woman) I can’t really just add 10 further kg on, guess is more like “go hard or go home type of thing?” Friendly staff, might come back when in the area.

Fantastic experience: Best gym ever , end of! Would highly recommend to anyone serious about ‘ proper ‘ training . Great staff, great facilities, great music, great nutrition available on site , and no egos just nice people ! Thanks for helping me get into shape !
