A BIG shout out to all the staff for ensuring that appropriate social distancing measures and necessary cleanliness practices are adhered to at all times.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad that we have a local The Gym branch. It's so convenient that you can pop into the the gym anytime you like. Neat and clean and well kept gym.

Positive experience: For the price this gym is 100% ok. My issue is that the staff appear to now know how to wear a mask. This is mostly the guys. Making a mask a chin strap helps no one. On the way in it says wear a mask when walking around, 90% of people do not walk into the place with a mask. Intermittent announcements about working out on your own, wearing a mask and wiping down the equipment. 25% of people work out in groups of 2 or 3. 90% do not wear a mask. Less than 50% wipe down. The summary is staff do not care and turn a blind eye. Did I mention that it is great value for money. You pay for what you get.

Fantastic experience: Great set up, great equipment. The staff are good but they don't interact with you. It would be helpful if the staff would teach you how to train. Rather than having to pay for a private PT session.

Good selection of weight and cardio machines. 5 stars from me at the moment, will review again in a couple of months. I would like to see some antibacterial hand gel by the entrance please.
