Fantastic experience: Great gym with a very wide range of amazing equipment. Staff are absolutely amazing very friendly and helpful they always take the time to help and teach. Very clean facilities and very secure. The air con is a massive lifesaver

Fantastic experience: Popped in for a relaxing steam & sauna!! Had a wonderful time as there was only 2 people in the place along with me. Easy to park, excellent customer service and a wonderful relaxing time spent in the health suite.

Fantastic experience: It is great! They have several different rooms for different purposes, but with all your standard gym equipment. Moreover: They have a swimming pool and I've tried it. It's nothing special. Pretty bland. But it does its job. They have floaties to use if needed. Deep end is about 6M deep at least . There is at least 1 PT (personal trainer) you can book an appointment with. ✅ For students going to UoN, the discounted price for a month is £15. In my opinion, this is definitely worth it. The changing rooms (the men's anyway) are a good size. They have showers, smaller cubicles to change in and lockers (bring your own lock). ✅ The location of it is very convenient too - right next to Northampton General Hospital. So if you accidentally drop a weight on your toe, don't worry, walk to A&E 5 minutes away . However, one negative is that on Saturdays they close at 3:30pm. A bit too early in my opinion especially since its a Saturday.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Cripps for two years. It is a very complete gym including a pool with NHS discount, perfect to go before or after your shift. The majority of the activities that interest me are during the afternoon and I can’t go as much as I would like but they have increased the opening times. The staff has been changing but they are all very kind and helpful. The facilities are always clean and tidy. They recently refurbished the changing rooms and there is a small car park free for 3hours but on rush hours is always full.

Fantastic experience: Staff are great . Very helpful and always on hand if you need advice . There always checking everything is ok . I had a few weeks out cause of flu when I went back staff were checking everything was ok asking where I had been. Nice that they notice when your not in . Great place to work out never really to busy and no waiting to use machines or anything . Great atmosphere. Parking available everytime I go . Great place to workout and get a sweat on lol . Keep up the good work lads .
