Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism I recently have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression and have used this wonderful place as an outlet. The staff are friendly the gym has the best equipment in the town and would highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Thought we'd have a look because it had a calisthenics frame and it was something we wanted to try.... We tried it out, immediately the staff are helpful, friendly, after a couple of visits know us by name! The class are great, they offer different stuff not the boring normal classes, stuff we enjoy doing, we're not just building strength or stamina we are learning skills, calisthenics skills, handstand skills! Nowhere else offers this! Not only do you get to do this but the instructors are brilliant, they'll encourage and push you to and beyond what you think you could achieve!! Along the way you make friends with other lunatics who wanna do what you wanna do!!! I've not even mentioned the actual gym, its amazing, a really nice open area with top quality equipment, not your normal boring machines, really thought out and specific machines and weights to build you up and get you to your goals!! In short I can't recommend the Strength Lab enough! Give it a go and you won't be disappointed!! The negative reviews on here..... They're BS, I've met the manager and all the staff, they're a fantastic group, give them a chance and they'll impress you!!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Northampton - it has a whole range of equipment for powerlifting, strongman, calisthenics, bodybuilding, everything. A lot of competitors train there, so you can get a free training seminar just by turning up and being polite. Free parking is a bonus and equipment is decent quality. It's a place you can go to step up your training and see yourself and other people improving.

Fantastic experience: It's been my gym of choice for ever a year. Amazing facilities, always clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well as other gym users too. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!
