Fantastic experience: One of the most inviting gyms I've walked into. This gym is five star in every way. From the people you meet, to the equipment and the professionals. They give you their time to achieve your goals. Fantastic coffee too!Highly recommended
Fantastic experience: Chamber is a independent facility run by a committed team that coach you to achieve more than you think you can. My experience attending lunchtime fire sessions coached by Rob, James, and Shaun are highly recommend. As well as the team spirit Saturday morning sessions that will definitely have you on the right path to achieving your health and fitness goals. It’s one of the first facilities in Northampton I have personally trained at that is friendly and I’m know by my first name and I feel comfortable to continue training at. The facility is clean and well equipped with a social area for coffee and catch up chats with friends. If you want to achieve your health and fitness goals ~ I highly recommend you give this facility a go.

You're welcomed, treated like you're the only one that matters and made to feel individual. The classes are excellent, the facilities are 5* and the team, well ....exceptional doesn't do them justice ❤

Fantastic experience: A small, but high quality, independent gym that is incredibly friendly. The atmosphere is inclusive, motivational and it's like being part of a little community. Loads of classes and brand new equipment to chose from.
