Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with all the facilities you need to achieve your goals. All the staff are super friendly and try their best to keep the gym clean, tidy and organised. There’s a nice brotherly atmosphere and always someone to talk to between sets.

Fantastic experience: Good local independent gym. Not a high street gym so don't expect it to be. Good range of equipment. Perfect gym if you just want to go and get on with it and train. Unfortunately some members don't fully appreciate the gym and do simple things like putting weights back etc but thats not the gyms fault. Very reasonably priced with longer memberships and even just mo they. No joining fees etc. Overall I recommend this gym but may not be for everyone. Generally clean too. Has boxing ring, matted area and even offer classes for additional costs for adults and kids through instructors. Male only gym.
