It’s great doing this in a group setting and everyone really motivates and supports each other whilst having a good laugh at the same time.I hate gyms so this is perfect!

Now that I have joined I feel very motivated and love the group sessions and variety of the exercise. It’s a great way to meet new people too. Beats a gym any time.

Over the years, as I’ve been involved in the fitness industry, I found that there are just three major concerns, or fears, that people have before embarking on a fitness regime or taking up exercise of any sorts.

As a result, I thought it’d be worth looking at each of those three in turn and understanding a little bit more about them, so we may be able to address what’s going on.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy QPF. Everyone is super friendly and Owen is extremely motivational. The exercises are always varied and great fun. There are lots of options and different days to attend.

Fantastic experience: Fresh air, exercise, fab trainer and a brilliant bunch of people to do it with, what more could you ask for. I have seen my fitness levels increase massively in the last few months. Love that even on the coldest of days after 5 minutes we will all be boiling. Best decision I made joining Queens Park fitness highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best fitness group I've ever attended. Owen isn't at all pushy or military like you might expect from an outside bootcamp. He is amazing at knowing exactly how far to push each individual to reach their own potential. The group will soon become family and I genuinely look forward to attending

Fantastic experience: I Joined Queens Park Fitness in September, feeling very nervous as my fitness levels were zero . I was made to feel very welcome and at ease immediately by Owen and all of the group members, my fitness levels have improved so much over the past 10 months and I feel so much better in myself, the classes are all very different and always fun I love working out outside which is something I never thought I would say . If you are thinking of coming along go for it, my only regret is not joining sooner!

Fantastic experience: Queens Park Fitness is brilliant. It's a non judgemental group of people of all different fitness levels. Owen is great and tailors sessions to meet everyone's needs. Wish I joined sooner.
