Fantastic experience: I visited the spa last weekend with my mum as a birthday present to her. My first impressions were not good. I had serious trouble getting through to book the spa day with them as all call went through a main switch board.that was national. I spend way too long listening to bad phone music when I was pt on hold and racked up over £20 of phone bill as it was a 0845 number :( However, when we got there I had a fantastic time. We had an unlimited amount of complimentary hot drinks and the staff were really friendly. The building was clean and modern and had the biggest jacuzzi I had ever seen. We had lunch at the spa which came to £2.75 each for a baguette and salad (and free drink) so was fantastic value for money. We also got to pre order the lunch so that we could pick it up between spa appointments and going to the pool. Both my mum and I had spa treatments, I had a massage and mum had a facial. We both loved the and went into the calming relaxation room afterwards. Mum also had a mini express manicure and although she wasn't as happy with how long the paint had to dry she kept commenting on ho nice the staff were, so I guess tha made up for it. Overall, I would recommend the spa t everyone as I had such a fantastic and relaxing time. We look forward to going again in the future :)

Fantastic experience: Really good facilities, Spa was very peaceful and pleasant. Staff were attentive and happy to help. The only thing I would say is that the signposting/directions could be clearer and easier to follow.

Fantastic experience: Having had spa days twice here (bear in mind the price of the spa day reflects what you actually get! A spa day in a proper spa is hundreds of pounds) I decided I wanted to join their gym. The spa days are fine, nice massage, pool facilities are OK,the spa itself lovely. The gym is big and plenty of equipment to use depending on what time of day you go you may have to wait to use a specific piece of equipment, like most gyms! The cleaners are always cleaning and keep areas nice. Be nice if members would re-rack their weights after use! Unloading 200kgs off leg press etc etc etc and so on becomes really frustrating. Tidy up after yourself! Staff are always lovely!

Fantastic experience: Joined as myself and my partner didn't like how busy and crowded our old gym was. This is much nicer and feels much more comfortable due to there not being too many people in when we have visited. The gym has everything we need and the swimming pool is nice too. Been a few times now and the pool has never been over crowded. So you actually get to swim. Which is nice. Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out and relax

Fantastic experience: My partner and I are regulars at the gym, the staff have always been helpful and the facilities are clean and well maintained. On Thursday the 16th we went for a Spa day. This isn't a full Spa this is a gym with a small Spa attached, the treatments were great, the staff were lovely and I just want to note that we ordered lunch with our spa day but didn't finish till after they had stopped serving food. We said to the person at the cafe, who was the Manager Josh Betts, that we would happily come in some other time to get the lunch but he insisted that they would make it for us even though the kitchen was supposed to be closed. It was just a nice and unnecessary touch. Also worth mentioning that the food was good but most notably that you get a lot for your money. I would have expected to pay nearly double for this treatment somewhere else. Little bit disorganised but the staff get the review to 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Booked a couples spa day with lunch for a very reasonable price. Received a wonderful back massage and facial by a lady I believe was called Jennell. Very professional and friendly and perfect pressure! We had booked a package with lunch that had to be moved due to work commitments and whilst our appointment fell after the cafe had finished serving food the manager Josh insisted on honouring our original booking and reopened the kitchen for us. Such a fab afternoon and superb service from this Gym & Spa we will definitely be booking again!

Fantastic experience: This has been a home from home whilst working away in Norwich. The staff are really great. But be careful of parking. You will get £100 fine everyone you are in the car park for more than an hour. On the plus side, the team will support you to resolve it but it is a battle.

Fantastic experience: Working away due to work commitments and staying in the local hotel round the corner this is not my usual club would like to thank lucy a team member for giving me a quick show round of what was there and i was lucky enough to use the pool very nice upgrade to the changing room even tho they had changed them round

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Clean. Good facilities. Have been going for a good few months now and haven't had any complaints. I love how the lockers and entry work with the wristband. Makes everything nice and simple. Long opening hours are a plus for me too. Overall very satisfied.

Fantastic experience: We had a spa experience for two and had an absolutely lovely time, really relaxing and the staff put us both at ease, relaxation room was superb! Facilities were clean and modern! The Gym and swimming pool were also good, the changing rooms and showers etc very good too! A brilliant all round experience!
