Come and join in with Action Fitness Norwich BOOTCAMPS at Whitlingham Country Park and Catton Park.

You do not need to bring any equipment as this is provided.  The majority of Catton Park sessions are bodyweight only or we incorporate resistance bands.

The classes are designed to test every level.  An advanced class is not required nor is a beginners class.  All abilities will be pushed to their level in the Bootcamp.

Been going to bootcamp with AFN for a few weeks now - been made to feel very welcome. Love the classes, always a good range of exercises that can be adapted as needs be. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of attending.

For the last 8 years I’ve been a dedicated gym attendee and spin class addict. Since lockdown forced me to consider the alternative I’ve been hooked! Never in a million years would I have believed I’d be doing my workouts outside, in all weathers, and LOVING IT! Craig and Stu use their knowledge and enthusiasm to create sessions which challenge all abilities, different each time, and promote hard work through encouragement and friendly banter. The scenery is beautiful too!

I would absolutely recommend Craig for personal training, he is very knowledgeable and manages to keep me motivated even on the days I don’t feel it. His pricing is very reasonable and I get a lot out of each session, he even manages to keep each session interesting by introducing new exercises that are easy to do on your own inbetween sessions.

Craig is a brilliant PT. Super motivational and friendly, but pushes you all the way at the same time. I was a bit out of practice exercise wise due to lockdown, but Craig got me over my nervousness really quickly, and now I'm feeling great about getting moving again.

I have been going to Craig's Core Conditioning class for some time. This is a brilliant class, challenging and with enough variety to keep it interesting. As i have had some injuries when needed Craig has adapted the exercises to stretch me but help my recovery. Recently I have had a couple of sessions to work on specific areas - the sessions were perfectly tailored and easily explained. They are sessions I will be able to fit into my schedule and I know will develop my fitness further. I can't recommend Craig enough - fabulous PT.

Fantastic boot camps! Every session is different and caters to each individual ability! Great to be able to workout outdoors. AFN take your health and safety seriously but make working out whilst socially distancing fun!

Really fun workout that can be tailored for all ages and experience levels. Craig and Stu are a great laugh but keep you on your toes at the same time. Great bunch of people to workout alongside, and a beautiful setting to do it in!

Craig is extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date about all things body, weight and training related. He also has a kind, respectful and very much collaborative approach to the sessions which means I don't have to think too hard about what's working and what's not - I can just trust the flow. For the past 10 months he's ensured that I have a clear set of targets agreed with him, tailored sessions to suit my changing energy levels and pre-existing injuries and a good level of confidence that I can do this. Craig also carries out regular reviews/adjustment to my routine. Overall I've seen the results in terms of improved strength, stamina and mental well being. Craig doesn't make my efforts to get-fit feel like a chore and I have looked forward to going to the gym for our sessions every week since the beginning.

My fitness has improved noticeably, and I've seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups/ core exercises, generally push myself harder throughout each session. Craig is a great PT he is very relaxed and approachable and is happy to organise as much or little as you want but keeps pushing you on to improve. His gym is well equipped and is a really nice working space.

Great way to get moving in the fresh air. Always a lovely bunch of people, and something different every time. Great value for money. I always leave feeling energised.

A fantastic PT. Very supportive and aware of individual limits and helps push you just the right amount to get the most out of your sessions. Very flexible, accommodating, and overall manner makes the sessions very enjoyable. Would highly recommend to people looking to raise their fitness at any level.

Craig's popular Core Conditioning classes are good fun and a good work out, and they always vary slightly each week. Craig demonstrates each exercise at the beginning of the class and he offers several alternatives if you've got an injury or weak spot, and he will come and show you on the way round if you forget what to do. The music is great, and I always seem to enjoy the exercises more the second time round the circuit! Thanks Craig for the interesting exercises!

I have been training with Criag for about a year.Although I have a specific need due to my health conditions when I first started.Now I feel a lot stronger, healthier. Craig has bring the best out of me! A lot of technique , knowledge , very patient ???? also good friend. If you looking for a PT ! He’s is the one I totally recommend.

beacuse us very good whate he does and very relax to be around and no hows to do his job rigth as well I've bean training with Craig and he push me to my target goal nearly half way there as well as well he very happy and helpfully person snd of it wont for him I dont no were I would be as well if any body want a training like I do then he one off top ppl you can go with I recommend him to any and I enjoy training with him and I would not change it to anybody read this he one off to best and always will be and he no training would never change him and if I'm honest this person has done so much for me and getting me to were I want to be this time last year I did not no were I was until I started training with him thanks to him for what's he done one best I recommend this person always

After going for a few months at riverside leisure centre I decided to expand on my fitness which has improved thanks to having personal training by CRAIG JACKSON whom has put me through a number of different workouts outs for each session and pushes you to your limit very happy attending as it’s close to a year now I’m very happy from where I have started thanks for the training most sociable of the river side team

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Really fun workout that can be tailored for all ages and experience levels.
