Fantastic experience: I'm going to upload a few peices if the amazing equipment this gym has to offer. I found it a real struggle before vising to see what sort of equipment the gym had. Gym is based in 2 buildings. Some of the best equipment I've used. Precor...nautilus...etc... Only the best. Some slightl modernising of the gym would be great in the dbell room but I'm sure this wil happen.

It also has a good range of supplements. The staff are very approachable and always willing to provide assistance.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely adore this place and can unreservedly recommend it to anyone who wants to use a really great gym. The facilities are amazing and it works for all sorts of people ( male and female) with all sorts of fitness goals . Yes there are Champions and aspiring Champions but there are also sixty seven year old business men like me fighting the flab and busting our stress levels. I've been going there for about 5 or 6 years . Best 4 quid I've ever spent. Thank-you Cyril
