Fantastic experience: Fabulous gym, been going here since I was 17 and the staff really treat you like family and will push you to be the best you can be! Trained her for my white collar boxing fight and the training was intense but very beneficial! Highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to better themselves and get some amazing boxing training and experience.

Fantastic experience: Good old back street gym good people to get on with and a nice bit of banter the best thing about this gym is the smell of sweat and guts there isn't many gyms like this left the old ones are the best ones the owner kev is a pleasant bloke and is good to get on with

Fantastic experience: Great gym, very friendly and can't complain in the slightest. They have plenty of protein shakes and powders, boxing classes and enough weights and machines to do any strength training. I spoke to the owner that I've only just met and wanted to join for the month but left my wallet at the hotel and he told me not to worry, and that I can pay tomorrow" and let me train. Highly recommend 5 star.

Fantastic experience: Trained here for a charity fight, awesome place, not the biggest, prettiest or in the best area, but its the people that make it worth going to. Unfortunately I live a bit far away to make it my regular but I've got no issues recommending it to anyone. Ben.

Fantastic experience: Proper gym with a great team running it. Everything you need to train is here, plus Radford and Beeston Boxing Club if you really want to push yourself. I left a soulless leisure centre gym to come here 2 years ago and haven't regretted it once.
