Xercise4Less Manchester Middleton Gym

Fantastic experience: It's a gym, you can do gym type things there. I'm overweight and have been having an existential crisis, I go there to lessen the feelings of self hatred I get on occasion, after working out I sit in my car eating snickers' and extinguishing cigarettes on my arm. Don't tell anybody.

Fantastic experience: Staff are great. Plenty of antibacterial spray to wipe down equipment. The odd member who use the equipment dont keep thier social distancing

Fantastic experience: I`ve been training with weights since the mid 1970`s, when I was involved with the stage management at Salford University who used to host the NABBA Northwest shows. I`ve probably held memberships at most of the gyms in the Northwest including some gyms in London, Plymouth and Scotland. These include many professional bodybuilding gyms, and sports centres, over 30 plus different gyms in the past 40 years or so. Xercise4less has been an absolute god send to Middleton, we have had nothing so priced or extensive in the town before, it has something for everyone from weight training, bodybuilding, martial arts, boxing, high and low cardio fitness, running, the lot, add this to the price and this really is an extraordinary facilities, its always kept clean and tidy and has excellent showering and additionally sells well priced quality products and offers lots of professional support, a big well done Xcercise4less.

Fantastic experience: For the price this is a brilliant gym. The eqipment is all new and well maintained. Lots of aerobic machines with TVs on the walls so you don't miss Homes Under The Hammer. Track and ropes etc for people who know what they're doing. Boxing ring. Lots of weights machines. Vending machines with protein shakes. Free water. Changing rooms clean, big mirrors, 20p for hairdryer. Free car parking if you remember to get a ticket on the way out.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the bigger Xercise4Less gyms which can be found in Middleton shopping centre. What's a free weights machines running track spin bikes etc.I've use this when I've been visiting my brother because I'm a member of my Xercise4Less in Castleford. Staff are very friendly and helpful. one thing to note is that one water fountain near the changing rooms make sure you take enough for your workout because it's a long walk from the weight back to this water outlet

Fantastic experience: Joined the gym with some concerns having been injured repeatedly in previous gyms. I got some good tips on how to avoid injury from instructors and staff. I have slowly built up my workouts using a combination of appropriate classes and the circuit that I was introduced to in my introduction. Best advice I have ever had. I am able to build up my training programme and am seeing great results - cardio, suppleness, strength and stamina. Thank you Exercise4Less. Glad you came to Middleton.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with loads of equipment so there's rarely times when I'm waiting around to use something. Staff are friendly. Only downside is, the drinks machine sometimes doesn't work, but the drinks are then bought from the front desk, so it's not really a big deal.
