Fantastic experience: I joined the Fit Factory in October 2021 to help me prepare for a white collar bout I had in December. I had 2 bouts previously so had trained in other boxing gyms but I found the Fit Factory to be completely different. The two head coaches Chris and Andreas are both down to earth and know boxing inside and out being pros in the sport. I was trained like a pro and felt fully prepared for my fight. Chris and Andreas supported me throughout the prep and both were in my corner on the night. The gym also provides HIIT and weight based classes aswell as yoga so it caters for all. Healthy drinks, snacks and meal preps are also available aswell as quality coffee. The staff and other coaches are also really friendly and there is a great vibe around the gym. I can't praise the place enough and would highly recommend this gym to anyone. Keep up the good work guys

Fantastic experience: I’ve been having boxing sessions with Chris for a while now. I have found that through the sessions my footwork has improved and so has my boxing skills! The sessions have been challenging but very fun too!! Chris is expert in adapting the lessons to meet the needs of the individual and is so encouraging. Absolutely love the lessons and seeing the progress! Everyone at the gym is so friendly. Also the juices and the vegan cakes are so yummy!!!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism i bring my 8 year old here for boxing classes. He really enjoys it, the instuctors are great. The staff serving smoothies and coffee are very friendly, so i can enjoy a smoothie while my son works out!

Fantastic experience: Just turned 50 and with a knackered left knee, I have been looking for something to replace my Wednesday night football. My daughter suggested I go with her to the Fit Factory and I must say, what a great idea, Chris, Andreas and the team understand my injury and know how far to push me. Fantastic experience: The best gym I’ve ever been too! All trainers are amazing and there are classes for everyone from juniors to adults! Staff are very friendly - feels like one big family :) the cafe serves the best coffee, quality GF DF cakes and health drinks. Everything you could want from a gym and more <3

Fantastic experience: Exercising is all new to me. Post retirement, I started training with Chris Evangelou who makes my sessions fun and enjoyable; He’s tough but also motivating and encouraging. Everyone at the Fit Factory is friendly - members are always welcomed with a smile and are known by their first name; Members are friendly - it’s a great place to get fit at. M

Fantastic experience: 5 stars out of 5 stars. I had 10 PT sessions with Chris and Joe, a mix of weight training combined with boxing - it was superb and they completely changed my mentality on training and diet for the good. From the moment that I stepped in the door, Chris and the team made me feel like they really cared about my goals, development and what I wanted to achieve, it was incredibly refreshing. They offer an amazing service and they are all so friendly and genuine, I would not hesitate to recommend this gym to anyone. Thanks guys!

All the staff are friendly and motivated, they have time for a chat as well and the brothers that own it are very experienced, ex pro-boxers.

Fantastic experience: After a lot of thought I decided to have a 121 training twice a week, such improvement Im now thinking of joining a couple of classes.

Fantastic experience: Joined the fit factory in January as a family. There is something for everyone. The kids love the teen boxing sessions and we enjoy the variety of classes on offer, Boxing, HIIT, Fit Pump, Kettlebells to name a few. Great atmosphere to work out in, no egos, no showoffs, something for everyone of all levels, and they also make a decent coffee.

Fantastic experience: Fit Factory Cockfosters is an amazing place to go! My kids have been training 1 to 1 for a few months with Adem and I highly recommend him. They love training and he is a good support. Also a massive thank you to Chris, Phodis and Marissa. Such a lovely and welcoming family! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Over the past month or so Adam has been training me and he’s been absolutely amazing. He always pushes me to train hard and brings the best out of me overall he’s a great trainer and recommend him to anyone that wants to do boxing training and wants to get a good session done.

Fantastic experience: The fit factory is a very welcoming gym offering a variety of classes for all abilities. My son really enjoys his teen boxing training here and the trainers are very professional. I regularly attend boxing classes now having no previous experience in the sport. Would recommend to those who are serious about getting fit, boxing for the first time or wanting to take skills to a new level. Classes are easy to book and you can always pop in for a coffee too!

Fantastic experience: Just to say this place is great if you want to train seriously and learn to box. Great instructors and staff. Also special note on Adem, who is one of there PTs My son has been working with him for over a month now, I’ve see a considerable improvement in my sons fitness and boxing technique

Fantastic experience: Would give 10/10 such a welcoming place to train. I have done a few classes in the evening, Chris and Andreas are absolute diamonds and really motivating , I wouldn’t feel comfortable going anywhere else. My 7yr old son has been getting one to one training sessions with Adem and I’m so happy with the progress he has made with his confidence. Adem is very patient and my son has really connected with him and enjoys his sessions. Thank you so much guys and well done x

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend this place enough,I have been taking my son there for about eight, nine months and Chris one of the owners did everything to help us to find a suitable class for him.My son having one to one session with one of their personal trainers called Adem and he is so patient, calm and very skilled and helped my son a lot to become healthier, have more confidence and have more strength.They do all sort of classes, boxing, yoga, high intensity classes for adults and children.All I can say this place is brilliant.Try it for yourself.

Fantastic experience: Not enough space here to explain how good they are. Absolutely fantastic team, i really enjoy spending my time there. But if you are looking for a good boxing coach, choose Chris, Andreas is a bit slow and old. Just kidding, Andreas is my coach and also i feel like he is my friend now. Both of them are perfect teacher, do not miss the opportunity to work with them.

Fantastic experience: I Joined The Fit Factory about a month ago and I am absolutely loving it. I didn't have any previous experience with boxing and never thought I'd be into it as well but the instructors are excellent, very attentive and always make the class enjoyable. Also other classes like Kettlebell and HIIT are equally excellent. The gym is very clean, well equipped and the staff are welcoming. I wish I Joined them sooner. Thank you Chris, Joe, Hillary and Andreas.

I have never been so fit and in shape and this is down to the expert advice on nutrition and training from professionals that know how to train safely. Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Great place and hard workouts but, better still, the boxing brothers are two of the best guys i have met, genuine and sincere. You don't just get a great workout, you also make fantastic friends that welcome you into the boxing world....the coffee isn't bad either highly recommend, you wont be disappointed

Fantastic experience: Was a bit sceptical about using a PT as my previous experiences were not great…..then came the FIT FACTORY. Just finished my first 10 lessons with Chris and I cannot speak highly enough of him. Chris really invests his time in you and genuinely cares. A great motivator and what I saw as impossible he saw as possible. Working out has become much more fun rather than a chore. The fact you can do boxing + HIT + weights makes it much more interesting, plus you can tap into his wealth of experience as an ex pro boxer (although I have still yet to land a punch on him) plus he helps with your nutrition. After our workouts I feel much stronger both physically and mentally. Chris and his brother's are also genuinely very nice people. A great place.
