Fantastic experience: Great gym, recently had a refurbishment, lots of new equipment.

Fantastic experience: If your looking for a clean, practical and professional gym with a good mix of Cardio, weights and machines with a friendly clientele of all ages focused on fitness you have come to the right place. If on the other hand you want a place full of posing kids and steroid hungry goons then this is really not the place for you.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with great facilities and knowledge trainers. Owned by local people and with the mindset of helping the users getting healthier. My favourite thing is the private showers
