Located in the heart of the city, we are Preston's only CrossFit gym.  We are passionate about our members health, fitness and wellbeing.  Our classes are for EVERYONE, no matter your current fitness levels, age or ability.  Our coaches are always on hand to help you! 

We mix Olympic Weightlifting, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Gymnastics, Bike, Row, a unique programme, with every class led by a highly skilled CrossFit Preston Coach.

Love this place and everything about it. If you are looking for a gym that will motivate you to achieve your goals then Unit 4 is what you are looking for. They have highly qualified, inspiring and supportive coaches who genuinely care about all members. Plus they cater for all abilities and as a result the community is unbelievable, I have never been to a gym before where I have made so many great friends. Give it a go, you will never look back!! Starting CrossFit was the best thing I ever did, I am now the fittest and happiest I have ever been.

Quality crossfit gym, coaches and coaching. Everyone, of all abilities is made to feel welcome so come give it a whirl! If you get bored of a normal gym you definitely need to join unit 4. Its constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, CrossFit is a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a hardcore yet accepting and encouraging environment! You love to see it!

If you are like me and wander around a gym with no real focus, lack motivation and need a personal trainer but can’t afford one, then join unit 4. If you go to the gym with a focus, know what you are doing and are a beast, join unit 4 anyway because the chances are it will be loads better than where you go now! A super friendly gym that has really helped me with my fitness and mobility. All the staff and members are all so welcoming, there is no feeling of intimidation like I have felt in other gyms.
