Fab classes. Each class has so much variety which keeps you interested, makes the time go fast during training and means you are exercising your whole body. My physique has changed so much since attending KO fitness. I just wish it was closer to where I live but I have never enjoyed going somewhere so much so I will continue to go! Highly recommend.

I’ve been to KO fitness for a few years now and the group classes are challenging, varied and rewarding. When you’ve finished a class you know you’ve worked hard because you’re pushed and encouraged to go beyond what you think your limit is. Would highly recommend. Be prepared to sweat

I have trained with KO for many years now, when I started I was younger and fitter so was happy to be pushed and put my body though more punishment which KO gladly obliged. Now nursing back problems and being a bit older KO tailor the PT session to me, to protect my body, they even look out for me in group classes, it’s good to be pushed but in the right way which KO do very well, I would recommend anyone to give them a try.

Absolutely love the HIIT classes and they are perfect for me and my husband who have two small children and a lack of time to fit in exercise! Each class is different and uses a wide range of equipment! The instructor could be better (only joking Keith Lockley)!!!! Professional service in an outstanding facility

I first started training with Keith (KO Fitness) around 9yrs ago. I would highly recommend these group sessions, the boxing being my favourite! Really enjoy the variety and challenge put into these sessions. My fitness has definitely improved and so has my body shape. Keep up the good work Keith

After Ironman I was a bit flat and couldn’t get back into all those training hours. Got back with KO (it’s where I got on the road to allow me to do triathlon 4years ago) and love it. The Training is varied, can be tough (its what you make it) and is with a cracking bunch of people.

Fantastic experience: Excellent great work out. Thought at 60 I was too old. I found Keith very welcoming and he encouraged me to push myself. Never felt so well in years. Just discovered boxing blast and love it. I have also discovered that you are never too old to start something new. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I first started KO Fitness around 18 months ago. After joining numerous gyms and not sticking to them, I found KO Fitness and thought I would give it a go. I originally started with 1 group class a week but the environment created by Keith and the variety of workouts meant that not long after I started doing 3 a week and never looked back! You are pushed hard each class by both Keith and Laura and they are great at what they do! You are not just an individual you are a team and since joining have made some good friends and endured tough mudder as a team! #TEAMKO

Fantastic experience: The best gym and HIIT classes around. Friendly, welcoming and you don't stop working from the minute you walk in. I've tried a few different gyms but there aren't any as motivational and uplifting as these. I'm addicted (and they are worth every penny)!

Fantastic experience: Been training here now for nearly 8 years and I love it. The trainers are superb,friendly and very helpful. They certainly push you hard and keep you very motivated. You couldn't ask for a more up to date and friendly environment,it's one big family. For anybody thinking of joining ...it is well worth it and you would love it. Every respect to keith lockley and Laura Jane Grundy fantastic PT trainers.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the HIIT classes and PT sessions at KO for a while now, and they are by far the most engaging, challenging and rewarding classes I've ever been to. Very enjoyable, and motivating but most of all, I've seen a big improvement in my fitness. Keith and Laura are both very knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition, and always focus on good form and large range of motion which allows you to push your body and improve.

Fantastic experience: I've tried gyms and classes so many times before and always lost interest very quickly. That was before I found KO Fitness! Never been so motivated or had results like this before! Group HIIT classes are great, something different everytime so no dread of the same old workout! Great for everyone's needs and work your whole body.

Fantastic experience: I started the classes at KO Fitness last November. I had been experiencing shoulder and neck pain and decided I needed to do some exercise and gain some strengh. I no longer suffer with the pain and I feel fitter and my posture has improved. Keith and Laura really motivate you to try your best and build your confidence. It's a great place to work out, classes are 45 mins and start and end on time.

Fantastic experience: Keith and Laura are great!!! They push you to the max in every session, to get the best out of you! They advised me on nutrition, aswel as exercises that I could do at home. They were very accommodating when it came to the type of sessions and duration that I was after! The equipment is top notch too. I have personal sessions but they do group sessions too and from what I've heard they're both fun and intense! Can't rate KO Fitness high enough!!!

Fantastic experience: I've tried other classes and going to the gym on my own but never stuck at it. As soon as I started at KO, I became addicted. The atmosphere is brilliant and there is such variety that there really is something for everyone. Both Keith and Laura really push you and keep you motivated throughout. Not only that but you really do feel like you're part of a team!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to KO for nine months now, a mixture of 1-on-2 personal training sessions and classes and it’s safe to say I feel in the best shape I’ve been for a long time. Both Keith and Laura push you to your limits so you really feel the benefits and just can’t resist going back for more. Couldn’t recommend enough for anyone who loves high energy fun training.

Fantastic experience: I first started at KO Fitness just doing PT, but the team quickly built up my confidence to the point I felt comfortable trying the group classes. Now I've become slightly addicted to it all and have got my wife to join too! Keith and Laura really know how to build the atmosphere during training and motivate you to really push yourself.

Fantastic experience: Really good personal training and a great class on a Tues eve in Walmer Bridge. My fitness has improved after only a few sessions. Definitely worth doing if you want to work hard and sweat!!
