Fantastic experience: A fantastic community feel that's hard to find in commercial gyms. The staff are very approachable and always on hand to help whenever needed. The range of equipment and facilities surpass most standard gyms offering a unique experience that is well worth the membership.

Fantastic experience: It is my second home, what more can I say? Joined Lean nearly six years ago and the new premises are just amazing. Plenty of equipment available and a sauna & cryo. The classes work you hard, but are still fun. The staff are brilliant and I have made some great friends. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic experience: The first 2 course’s I signed up for at lean we’re the 19 day weight loss programme and not long after the strength and conditioning course. That was around 5 years ago and I have maintained my ideal weight and fitness by using all the lean habits I learnt All that time ago. The relocation has improved the gym and classes alike. Lean are always one step ahead using new training techniques. The trainers are very professional, but are not squares and I like that fact they let their hair down at the weekend and are not like other places were I have trained were they are obsessed with how they look and look down on party goers. Squeezing training in with work, parenting, and enjoy the weekends is pretty full on, but lean’s opening hours help me achieve this. The way I train and eat is now a way of life for me and there has been no more yo yoing. I must add that I have recently been injured (while doing the challenge beat the train with team lean), but am recovering quicker than expected with seeing the on site physio and regular visit’s to the cryo bath...thank you lean.

Fantastic experience: Great gym me and my family spend a lot of time here can’t say enough about this place. Top class trainers who really know their stuff and a really friendly atmosphere. Great classes, people, facilities and not your usual run of the mill gym. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: By far the best training facility around, the knowledge and expertise of the trainers is outstanding and whether it’s a sweat session or detox plan you are extremely well catered for. The Training Club has the best equipment in and out of the gym, it has a Cryospa and sauna room, waiting area with TV and internet, shower/changing rooms and a reception that serves coffee with healthy meals or snacks. The whole buzz and atmosphere around the club is fantastic and is an absolute pleasure to train there.

Fantastic experience: I wish I’d have know about this place ages ago! What a great facility, different from other more commercial gyms and more geared around strength and conditioning. I’ve been here only a few weeks and can’t recommend the place highly enough, check it out, it’s different from anything else you will find in the Burnley area.
