Fantastic experience: I hate the gym but this is so much better I can work it around my work which is a bonus and I don't feel like people are judging bonus not many kids so you can workout in quiet. The staff are really friendly and helpful aswell deffo recommend

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I’ve been a meme bee of. Every member of staff is accommodating and friendly. I feel like one of the team myself. State of the art workout equipment which is regularly maintained. Great studio space, weight area and plenty of cardio machines. There’s something there for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Decent selection of kit to use including proper squat racks, had everything else you could ask for in terms of Ski erg, rowers, plenty of pull up sections etc and you can get to the car park safely when it's raining, parking is also covered by the gym.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, always clean good equipment and classes particularly enjoy Abs class with Chris and Sammis PT session! really friendly staff, would reccomend to anyone, just remember to put your reg details in for parking!

Instructors are all friendly and helpful too. Maybe a touch more expensive than other gyms in the area but you get what you pay for and the 24/7 aspect alone makes it worth the extra.
