The Gym Group Ashford

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my first trip to The Gym Ashford, so much so that i signed up and now i go at least 3 times a week. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Being a 24hr gym i can go anytime i choose knowing that i am safe and able to train at my own pace. I recommend the gym to anybody wanting to get fit, keep fit, lose weight or build up, they cater for everyone!!

Fantastic experience: For the price it's the best you can get. There's enough equipment for a great workout, good facilities and changing rooms. Some of the equipment can get dirty and I feel like should be cleaned better. But as I said, can't complain in the slightest.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped clean gym with helpful staff. Membership is easy to apply for and can be suspended if needed. Works out quite cheap for up to 4 other gyms to use as well.

Fantastic experience: I'm from Europe, I've been to many gyms, pleasantly surprised, and very airy, sterilizing the devices after each use, a good thing .Great location, it's good that it's open 24 hours a day, nice staff, I'll be back soon. Note 10 with ++++++

Fantastic experience: Very good hygiene rules - staff & members cleaning equipment regularly. Not overcrowded. Can do full workout without breaking social distance rules. Staff as ever polite, friendly, helpful.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly environment - all the staff are really helpful and great PTs as well. A good range of classes over a range of different times. So many pieces of equipment to choose from, rarely have to wait (unless it's for the power rack). Clean facilties and all round a second home to me.

Fantastic experience: Great concept. Wish more of the gym goers would respect gym by putting back weights as littered all over floor at times. Really helpful that gym is open 24/7. Parking available but make sure you log in on terminal on wall.

Fantastic experience: Just had a refurb and is great. No spa or pool but who cares. It's just basic equipment without the needless extras. Plans start at just £14/month. Few group classes and no spin classes. Extremely clean and staff are really helpful.

Fantastic experience: You get the usual big bellied big armed divs who think they're in their prime and take over the barbell, squat areas. But if you time it correctly or you're happy to use other equipment you're all good. Excellent facilities, very clean and cheap. There are machines for water, protein drinks, energy drinks, padlocks for the locker. Toilets, showers, what more do you need.

Fantastic experience: Clean and nice decent equipment however parking is a bit of a nightmare.

Fantastic experience: I spend about half my life in here. It's a second home and very welcoming, just got to go at the right times for it to be less busy. They need to be more hot on people leaving plates on the floor and dumbbells in the wrong place on the rack. Can get quite inconvenient sometimes. Other than that it's brilliant for the money. I also sometimes bring my own equipment in such as boxing pads and my own jump rope etc.. and they don't seem to mind so it's well catered for.
