Fantastic experience: while unexpectedly being up in Bolton for work, crossfit UF was more than happy to let my use their gym for a competition. instantly welcomed me in to their gym and helped in every way they could.

Fantastic experience: If you bored in the gym and you think you can do more than watching people taking selfies. That's the place for you!!! Friendly and polite environment, good support from the instructors and most important exhausting workout. If you want to build muscles or burn fat you must join CrossFit UF. Don't worry about age or fitness level everyone is welcome here.
