LEP stands for ‘Life Enrichment Program’ and my ambition when creating LEP Fitness was to build people from the inside out – developing your mind, body, and spirit.

To my mind, a personal trainer is much more than someone who just gives you a good workout. A ‘personal trainer’ is a coach, a person who is your friend, and someone who truly cares about you.

Elliott came to LEP lacking in confidence and very unhappy with his body shape. He wanted a lean and athletic body but didn’t believe it was possible.

Faye wanted fast results and that’s what she achieved, losing inches from her stomach, increasing muscle definition and getting into the best shape of her life. 

Liam wanted to get lean (but not too lean)… in just 6 weeks he lost lots of body fat, built muscle, and now feels super confident taking his t-shirt off. 

Aisling attempted lots of diets in the past and succeeded, but always rebounded and piled on more weight. She had also developed unhealthy patterns of eating, such as binging and yo-yo dieting.

Despite challenging circumstances, we created a program that he could easily stick to while away with work. We designed a bodyweight workout routine and made his nutrition and exercise routine work for him rather than against him.

Fantastic experience: Before coming to LEP Fitness and meeting Nick I never knew that I could be the sort of person who would want to do exercise and train to achieve the goals I want. Nick's relaxed but firm attitude to my fitness sessions motivates me to work hard and within weeks I am seeing results. Each session is tailored to benefit me and help me achieve my personal goals. The variety of exercises each time I train keeps me on my toes and interested. Fantastic experience: Nick is an amazing personal trainer, I have been training with him for almost 2 months now, twice a week. He is very committed to his clients and passionate about what he does, constantly aiming to widen his knowledge. I have already seen big changes in my physique and strength. Fantastic experience: If you're looking to gain confidence in your body, look no further. Nick is an amazing PT, worth every penny and every second of each session, his weekly nutritional plan is fantastic, alongside his weekly exercise routines which are catered for each individual. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about training with LEP Fitness. From the first session Nick showed a genuine interest in finding out what I wanted to achieve and pushing me towards it. Every training session with Nick is varied, enjoyable and totally different from previous sessions. As well as pushing me in our weekly sessions, Nick was able to design a complete work out plan for my individual sessions in the gym. Using Nick's plan as well as the weekly sessions at LEP Fitness achieved more than I had ever done through my own devices or gym trainers or classes over the years. Nick also provided nutritional advice including an individual nutritional plan to boost the potential results. All of this was done in Nick's down to earth manner without being condescending. Fantastic experience: I have been on and off with going to the gym for a good five years - I never had enough motivation or knowledge about reaching my goals. However, that changed when I decided to join LEP fitness. I whole heartedly recommend Nick, he is extremely knowledgable, an excellent motivator and clearly very passionate about fitness and cares for his clients. When I started with Nick, I saw more progress in just a couple of weeks than I did in a couple of years. He is also very flexible and tailors his programs to suit your needs and goals. The fact that I am a student with very little disposable income yet carry on training with Nick is testament to the quality of his service. Fantastic experience: Nick could not show any more dedication and enthusiasm in my personal journey and helping me reach my goals. He is with you every step of the way. Everything on the programme is easy to follow, from the exercises to the nutrition plan. When you do have questions Nick explains things in a clear and helpful manner. He pushes me each week and holds me accountable and that’s what I’d been missing for so long. Fantastic experience: Working with Nick over the last 12 weeks has been amazing. It’s taken me a long time to admit that I needed help to lose weight and regain my fitness. I’ve tried all sorts of things before and always got the same result. I was nervous in reaching out to Nick, but from the first call I was out at ease. We spoke for what felt like hours, about how I felt and what I wanted to get from the program. The program is easy to follow, and includes all the support (and more importantly, the accountability) that you need. Nick is always at the end of the phone if I’ve needed guidance, or just to check that I’m on the right track. I will admit that I didn’t think having an online trainer would work, but Nick has demonstrated that he can get results with his plan and methods, all I had to do was commit and show up. After 12 weeks I’m 10kg down and loving the challenge of improving my health & fitness. Looking forward to phase 2 and more progress.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Nick for 12 weeks now and I can honestly say I have never been fitter! In 12 weeks I've lost nearly 13KG and am feeling stronger than ever. Fantastic experience: I started working with Nick three months ago. From the get go he understood my goals and created a personalised plan on how to achieve them, whilst adopting a realistic approach. Fantastic experience: Having been with Nick over the last 12 weeks I've manage to lose nearly 2 stone and have never felt healthier. My training has improved dramatically and so has my physique and recovery rate. Nick set plans out that would benefit me and has remained in constant contact with me throughtout my journey. Fantastic experience: Have been with LEP fitness three months now and am more confident, have a routine, and am just happier overall. The results are great and Nick has supported me in understanding that results are gradual and consistency is key. The diet plans were really good and easy to do, and Nick is always there to message and give advice he never makes you feel like you are pestering him. Before Nick I tried a couple of other PT’s and they had great reviews but I just never felt comfortable with them like I do with Nick, even little things like sending progress pictures were an issue before but not with Nick and he is very understanding. Would definitely recommend him and looking forward to continuing my journey!

Fantastic experience: I can’t not recommend LEP sports massages enough! Sally was really great she asked me lots of questions before the massage to make sure she was focusing on the areas I was suffering with. After the massage I feel great and lost about an inch of tension from my shoulders, I had so much more mobility and the pain I’d been experienced went completely! Sally offered great aftercare and explained everything I needed to post massage at home. Sally was lovely to deal with and made me feel so welcomed and relaxed, I couldn’t recommend her more!

Fantastic experience: I’ve known Nick since LEP’s inception, and always thought I knew all about fitness and nutrition, so I never reached out. During lockdown, I recognised I had no accountability to eat well/ go to the gym or be healthy in general. Nick has provided that accountability for me which has not only opened my eyes to better nutrition, but I have lost weight, increased muscle mass, QUIT SMOKING after 12 years; and cut out sugar from my copious brews. Fantastic experience: In the 12 weeks since I started working with Nick, I have gone from 84Kg down to 76, and the results have been visibly noticeable. Nick tailors each fitness programme to suit the client's needs and to acheive their desired goals. Fantastic experience: Just completed my first 12 weeks with nick and it has been an amazing experience. I’ve gotten a lot stronger every week and I’ve lost just over 5kg which is unbelievable from where I was to where I am now, this included 2 weeks off at Christmas to enjoy myself. Fantastic experience: After just 8 weeks of working with Nick I have lost 2 Stone, totally changed my body shape and am fitter and healthier than I have been in years. I have tried countless diets and plans without sticking to any and though I’ve never had a face to face session with Nick the weekly check-ins and accountability are working for me. Fantastic experience: I had a sports massage with Sally yesterday after suffering with back pain for a long period of time. Sally was welcoming and so lovely. She was really professional, asked me about my issues and found where my pain was. After the massage which felt amazing she advised me on what I could do to help it at home. Fantastic experience: After seeing a review left by a friend and having suffered from back and hip pain throughout the last 12 weeks of my pregnancy, I contacted Sally to arrange a massage. From the moment I arrived at LEP Fitness Sally was welcoming and friendly. She asked questions about my pregnancy and about the pains I had been getting. I took my own pillows but Sally provided towels to keep me covered during the massage. From start to finish I felt very comfortable and relaxed and can honestly say the difference from when I arrived was instant! I haven’t felt this pain free for weeks. Throughout the massage Sally checked I was ok and that I was comfortable. If you’re in need of a massage don’t hesitate to book in with Sally! Would definitely recommend! Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: Nick and his team are one of the most grounded, sincere and helpful trainers out there. There are many trainers and influencers who succumb to marketing gimmicks that least provide a client-centred service and progress for their clientele but Nick and his team put all their passion, sincerity into their business and service and it shows both on a personal and professional scale. I highly recommend LEP fitness for your fitness and life improving goals. Nick is the definite mind-muscle guru. I have seen him train his clients to the point where they're very comfortable and progress healthily with each exercise and program. It's never an issue of how much one can lift or how soon one can achieve their aesthetic goals - but healthy progress and long term transformation and adherence for a healthy living. LEP fitness can help you reach that genuinely as they their quality of clientele-service and a welcoming inclusion are rarely or not found with commercial gyms and celebrity trainers. Whether your goal is to lose weight, fat loss or gain lean mass, LEP fitness can help you attain all those and be functional on a day to day basis from fitness to nutrition and rehab. 10/5 stars!.

Fantastic experience: I'm midway through a ten week training plan with Nick and Ollie. From the initial consultation, it was clear that Nick was very knowledgeable and capable of devising the right plan to suit my specific needs. It was great to have a set of goals to work towards even before the training; on top of this, Nick and Ollie have reviewed the outcome of each session and modified the plan to lead to a continual improvement in my overall fitness. Nick is also very encouraging about the need to continue training outside of the sessions in order to reap the maximum benefit. I would highly recommend LEP fitness for the supportive, motivational and goal-orientated personal training.

Fantastic experience: 8 weeks into training with Nick and I've achieved much more than I could have imagined! I can talk from experience, I felt nervous about getting a PT due to body confidence but at the initial consultation, I felt at ease talking with Nick about where I was and what I wanted to achieve - since then the results have been amazing! In just over 2 months, not only have I lost 2 stone, drastically increased my strength and confidence, but I also feel so much better and fitter on a day to day basis! Nick really is an expert in the field - his passion for getting the best out of his clients really comes across in the sessions, not settling for the easy or comfortable, but also pushing for the next best thing! I'd highly recommend Nick to anyone, you'll be surprised how much can be achieved together with LEP Fitness!

Fantastic experience: Nick has been training me for the past 5 week, and for the 10 sessions together, he has already helped me tremendously in improving my general fitness. He is very motivated and helps you to be motivated throughout each and every single session. I may not have had my best day ever before I went into a training session but I always feel great after one! Nick not only pushes you to be better and stronger during each session, he also encourages you to be the best of yourself outside the sessions. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a personal trainer :)

Fantastic experience: I was a bit wary of signing up for a personal trainer, but the reviews on Nick's website convinced me to give it a go. I've had about six training sessions with Nick so far and I definitely made the right decision. Nick's really approachable, down to earth, and professional - I feel so much more confident having a plan (body + mind!) to follow now, and leave every workout session feeling I've taken a step closer to my goals. I'd recommend him without hesitation to any of my friends or family.

Fantastic experience: Nick is a fantastic personal trainer and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He really knows his stuff, is very friendly, and always goes above and beyond what’s required when it comes to service and support. In the 6 months I’ve been working with him I’ve lost weight, improved my shape and most importantly I’m enjoying working out and learning about how to improve both my body and mind (nick has been really good at helping me with motivation and teaching me about improving my mindset). It’s a great service and I would recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I found Nick online after searching for personal trainers in Sheffield. I really liked his website and read lots of good reviews so decided to meet him. It's been one of the best decisions I've made and I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family. Nick is super knowledgeable and very friendly. Fantastic experience: I’m really glad I made the decision to train with Nick. Training sessions are hard work, and it’s also challenging to stick to the workout and diet plans he’s made for me; but I feel so much more confident and healthier in myself, and I am beginning to see results from 6 weeks into the sessions in my body shape, weight and fitness. Nick is a very dedicated trainer who knows what he’s doing and who tailors each session to the individual’s needs and level.

Fantastic experience: I've had an amazing experience with Nick and have now stuck with the program beyond just the initial 3 months. Nick centers your workout and nutrition around your specific goals. And if your goals have adjusted or changed, they will change the program to fit those goals. I've made more progress and had better results that I had even thought I would achieve when I first started and Nick has helped to me make a lifestyle change to one that's more healthy but also sustainable long term. Fantastic experience: Choosing to work with Nick was one of the best decisions I made this year. He came recommended from friends that had previously trained with him. It’s been two months, and I have already noticed great results. Nick’s positive attitude is infectious and it has been a long time since I felt this motivated. Nick is great because he doesn’t just focus on the exercise aspects of training, it is as much about mental health as it is about the physical results. He’s really personable and will inevitably become your friend, coach and trainer.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my first 24 sessions with Nick and I have throughly enjoyed them, so much so that I am going to continue with another block of sessions. I have already noticed a fantastic difference in my general level of fitness and my motivation has increased really well too, compared to when I first started and it has only been just over 8 weeks. I always look forward to coming to training three times a week and feel very positive when I leave. He pushes you and you will work hard, but Nick is fantastic at pushing you to be the best you can be and helps you get the most out of training with him. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Nick enough. I wasn’t very confident when it came to exercise, I hadn’t properly trained and was out of shape. Nick listened to what I wanted to get out of the sessions and thanks to him I now believe I will achieve my goals. I’ve found Nick to be very motivational and inspiring. The sessions have helped me mentally as well as increasing my fitness levels. I think what makes Nick stand out is that he invests you and the sessions. He brings it 100% when you train. He’s an awesome guy.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Nick for about 2 months now. I have noticed an extra ordinary change in my physical health and flexibility. Nick is an amazing trainer and i couldn't recommend anyone better than him. His method to train is extremely effective and it has helped me reduce more than 2 stones in 2 months. I always leave the session feeling good about myself and look forward to next sessions. Each session is tailored according to my needs. It is hard work but very enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I had let my fitness go a bit during a busy period, so I decided to work with a personal trainer for a while. I chose LEP fitness on the basis of the reviews, and I have not been disappointed. Nick started me at a level suitable for the fitness I was at. He gave me a lot of motivation and by the end of the first 10 sessions, I could see a noticeable improvement both in my fitness and in my motivation. I have started running again, and I really enjoy the training I am doing with Nick. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: PT with Nick has exceeded my hopes and expectations. I wanted to get fitter, to feel more confident in my wedding dress, after 2 years of invasive hospital treatment which had dented my self esteem and body image. Nick was incredibly supportive, and encouraging. I was also under immense stress due to personal circumstances within my family, and training with Nick not only helped me get fitter, stronger (and look amazing in my wedding dress) - but the emotional strength I gained from the sessions, really helped me through this difficult time. Training has been the best thing I have done for my recovery, and outweighs anything else I have done to support my recovery. Training has helped me develop confidence, and belief in my own health and ability, which after a life threatening illness, is one of the toughest things to psychologically overcome. Nick is such a genuine, and sincere guy, I would recommend him as a personal trainer to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Kay & Stephen Testimonial: We have been training with LEP Fitness for 4 months now. Nick is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable and we love the sessions. Fantastic experience: Really lovely guy and great trainer. Knows exactly when to push you and when to stop! Would highly recommend training with Nick no matter what your fitness goal is. Fantastic experience: Nick is a fantastic trainer and I would recommend him to any of my friends or family. I have been training with Nick for the past 3 months and have noticed a huge transformation in my strength, fitness and body shape. The sessions are varied and really push you to the max, and you can see progress with each session! Ive always struggled with weight loss and found it difficult to stick to anything for long enough to see results! My interest and motivation usually fizzles out in a few weeks. The sessions with Nick are tailored to my needs and therefore have managed to maintain my enthusiasm, the visible transformation keeps me motivated!! Nick is a genuine, professional and lovely guy! It's obvious from the first session that he is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals! I'm very happy with my results so far!!
