Fantastic experience: The best gym I've ever been too all the staff are so welcoming, the classes are better than your main stream gyms, and the facility's are spot on! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Having lost the facilities of another smaller, but similar gym because of COVID lock down, it was a relief to realise that Kate Campbell was able to offer what I, and a number of others, were searching for, using video links while communal activity was not possible. And what they didn't already have in place was soon added to their schedules. Positive, skilled, friendly, supportive attitude from the start, and now continuing with newly appointed staff. All the skills needed to make a visit to the gym a satisfying, enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: Kate Campbell Fitness provides an incredibly supportive and welcoming environment. It’s an oasis away from the intimidating nature of most gym chains. I train with Dom Hall who is who brilliant at what he does. After working with him I’ve become more confident in my abilities and no longer feel nervous or unsure when working out. He built me a great workout plan and helps massively with my nutrition to ensure the best results while at Kate Campbell Fitness. An all around fantastic gym with an amazing group of people running it. 100% recommended!

Fantastic experience: The team at Kate Campbell are wonderful. Kate knows all the members by their name and always has time for a chat and to answer any questions, which creates such a friendly feel. I started with their Focus on Change programme, which is great value, then did 12 excellent PT sessions with Dom, and now I have the confidence to visit the gym independently. I've also attended some classes, which are in very small groups so do not feel at all intimidating. Coming to the gym has had a profound impact on my mental health as well as my physical health.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Small, but perfectly formed. All instructors are so friendly and really welcoming. They all have high levels of knowledge about fitness but all work as a team to utilise their different strengths to maximise their input for each individual.

Fantastic experience: Attending the mums fit course for 6 weeks with Kate and Shannon enabled and empowered me to begin my new exercise journey postnatally. Following the birth of my second child I became anxious about performing any exercise too soon and ultimately didn't want to cause any physical, chronic damage. Kate and Shannon showed me the key movements and exercises to really build the fundamental muscles back in order for me to get up and running again (literally). In turn, making me confident to get back to the exercises I enjoy. I can't thank them enough and would really recommend the classes to any pre or postnatal woman :-)

Fantastic experience: I attended the postnatal keep mums fit foundation course. Following a very difficult birth, the course has given me back confidence in my body and knowledge in how to look after myself and keep building my fitness. Fantastic experience: Kates antenatal fitness class is wonderful, I felt in safe hands, strong and well prepared mentally and physically for my baby’s arrival. She is an expert in midwifery and fitness, and creates a lovely support network through her classes. Thankyou Kate xxx

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Kates classes for years, as well as attending the Gym, and really enjoy them. All the trainers/coaches are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they care. My teenager has started joining me at the gym sessions I do and she really enjoys them (& I have noticed a difference in her moods as well as she was feeling low during COVID times) They are the little Gym with the big Heart. I would highly recommend Kate Campbell Fitness

Fantastic experience: Small friendly gym, great trainers gave me a personalised routine and diet support. This was my first experience of a gym and personal trainer, I was nervous going in but as soon as I stepped through the door I was greater with friendly smiles, I didn't feel out of place. They have a good range of equipment and my induction and program planning was meticulous. I can highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I would really recommend Kate Campbell fitness for pregnancy exercise classes. I attended the classes in my first pregnancy and came back again in my second pregnancy as I was so impressed first time around and feel I really benefited from the exercise programs and expert advice of Kate. The gym is beautifully maintained and provides a lovely environment to stay healthy, prepare for birth and also meet other mums to be.

Fantastic experience: I definitely would recommend Kate’s pregnancy classes. It’s a great mix of exercise, pregnancy/labour tips and chat! The group was really supportive and Kate offered some great advice for my own pregnancy journey.

Fantastic experience: Great classes for during pregnancy! Kate is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable and the group is full of lovely ladies who I’ve been able to get to know along the way. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Kate Campbell fitness for nearly a year now having joined at a time when work, mum life and Covid was getting on top of me. I met with Kate who got to know me, my health and fitness goals and recommended the ‘focus on change’ package which allowed me to try the classes, personal training and use of the gym. Since then I have been a member of the gym, the online classes and the Tuesday antenatal group. Kate and her amazing team have supported me in so many ways this last year tailoring the services to meet my needs. Expertise in antenatal and postnatal care complimented by great people with passion for fitness makes Kate Campbell fitness unique and a lovely community to be part of x

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism I went to Kate Campbell fitness to help me return to fitness after pregnancy. Caimbria has been so supportive in helping me reach goals and find my love of exercise again. Fantastic experience: I have found the postnatal classes to be brilliant. Kate is great at talking you through how to re-engage your pelvic floor and core after birth. No vague or confusing instructions -- just really clearly explained exercises that definitely work! I felt improvements immediately after the first session and then each session helps you to progress and build on those gains each week. Highly recommended for mums looking to regain strength and feel confident returning to exercise after having a baby. I bet Kate's other offerings are just as great too!

Fantastic experience: I have been exercising with Kate from about week 16 of my pregnancy. I started with personal training sessions via zoom (hello lockdown number 1!), moved onto the antenatal group classes and have just completed the postnatal foundation course. after having my baby in December. I would (and have) recommended Kate to anyone. I have enjoyed all my sessions and learnt so much. She has helped me continue to exercise throughout my pregnancy, and to start rebuilding my strength since having my baby. I look forward to continuing my journey with Kate in the future. Cassie

Fantastic experience: When looking for a gym to join I set about visiting a number of commercial local gyms but quickly became disillusioned at how busy, intimidating and impersonal they were. Upon visiting Miller & Carter one evening I saw Kate’s gym (which is underneath the restaurant) and phoned the next day to have a look round. As soon as I walked in I knew that it was the right gym for me and signed up there and then. You’ll be hard pushed to find a more friendly, supportive gym. With Kate’s help, I saw great results in just 6 weeks and as such signed up for a year! In fact, I have just renewed my membership for another year! Throughout lockdown I have continued my PT sessions via Zoom and I can honestly say these have kept me sane as well as healthy! I would highly recommend Kate Campbell Fitness to anyone who is ‘gym shy’.

Fantastic experience: Kate helped me through my ante-natal and post-matal fitness journey. I really enjoyed the classes and because of her knowledge and experience I felt really safe during a delicate time. I now feel comfortable to attempt the large range she has to offer on her online platform. Kate and her team are friendly and personable and they all work really hard to help keep us motivated.

Fantastic experience: I had a postnatal assessment with Kate and she was super knowledgeable and friendly. I then tried the buggy boot camp which was led by great instructors who gave variations for different abilities. Although I didn't use the gym it was fresh and clean and had a nice relaxed atmosphere with just a couple of ladies working out. I'd thoroughly recommend Kate and her team. Thank you for your advice Kate, I finished couch to 5k before Christmas and I'm feeling great :)

Fantastic experience: I have recently signed up for Kate's online classes. I absolutely love it! It is easy to book classes and the app will add them to your calendar. The classes themselves are great fun and all of the trainers friendly and supportive. I am really enjoying trying out a range of classes that either target specific areas of the body (core, legs bums and tums etc) or great all over workouts such as Pilates and 321 circuits. I can feel myself getting fitter and really enjoy the support of participating in class even from home. I would (and have!) thoroughly recommend Kate Campbell Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this excellent, friendly and professionally run Gym for over two years now. Kate is a first class personal trainer and overall fitness adviser. She has built a very welcoming atmosphere with a great staff and a thoroughly professional approach. The communication is top notch and I have found the tailored fitness approach suits my aims and goals perfectly. I have also been highly impressed by the meticulous approach to, and adoption of, thorough hygiene processes during the COVID-19 pandemic. I feel safe attending the Gym when rules allow.

Fantastic experience: Kate and the team are so warm and welcoming. If you’re feeling a little apprehensive, you will feel at ease the minute you’ve stepped through the door. The online classes are brilliant and have been a real life saver this year. There are lots to chose from and I’ve especially enjoyed the Pilates with Lauren and Shannon and the Core class with Kate. I recently had a physio assessment with Lauren and it was brilliant. If you’re wondering whether to join, give it a go - you won’t be disappointed! Liz

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate Kate highly enough! I came to Kate when my son was 8 months old (October 2019). I had been doing post natal fitness but wanted to start a variety of classes (or so I thought!) I did classes for a month and then embarked on personal training with Kate and Shannon. I saw such fantastic results and loved working with them. I said my aim was to build strength so I can run around after a toddler and one day have another baby, in just 3 months I felt stronger than I ever had and lost 1 stone. They gave me such confidence and got me back in my pre-pregnancy clothes which felt amazing. Since then, I slipped a disc at the beginning of lock down and Kate supported me through that time and helped me exercise when I was able to in order to build my core up before I had an operation on my lower spine. I have done the majority of my PT over zoom since April, going into the gym when we were allowed to, but it has worked wonderfully and now if my little boy isn’t well or I cannot get to the gym, I know that I can still go ahead with PT, just online and get the same results. In a world of organised chaos with my little boy, Kate provides a place where I can relax and be me, whether that is in the gym or over zoom. I had never done personal training before or been to a gym regularly and I am loving it!! The best bit - weight loss is all about balance with Kate so I am eating cake and still losing a few pounds!

Fantastic experience: I initially attended the keep mums fit antenatal class at Kate’s gym and thoroughly enjoyed it. Kate’s overall fitness approach combined with her midwifery knowledge is fantastic and the class was invaluable, offering not only a brilliant range of exercises but opportunities to socialise with other expectant mums. When the pandemic caused it to become an online class the quality and attention to detail didn’t waiver at all, the class still gave me the confidence and information I signed up for. It also still allowed the social aspect regardless of the situation and the fact it was on zoom- this is down to Kate’s nature, she still managed to make us feel like we were in the same room. Kate continuously works hard to ensure all her clients received a truly personalised service, with bespoke information for expectant mums. I have also done the postnatal course (also online) which has built my confidence to do more exercise after having my baby. I’m looking forward to continuing my training with Kate and her team in the future.

Fantastic experience: Kate and her team were instrumental in helping me get back into fitness after the birth of my second child. I felt confident to exercise for the first time in ages without the worry of potentially doing more harm than good. I feel that I’ve made genuine friends by attending the various classes, run groups, bootcamps and gym sessions. They know their stuff and are so accommodating, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kate’s gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My fitness and weight loss journeys have had their ups and downs over the 10 years I have been going to Kate’s classes. But Kate has always been great at working me hard and motivating me to reach my goals. My current ‘post lockdown’ journey continues. I have just had my zoom training session with Kate, feeling stronger and got my motivation for the week! Also..... today I reached my 1 stone off!

Fantastic experience: After having my second baby at the end of last year during another national lockdown I found myself feeling very disconnected from my body physically and mentally. Having had an emergency c section this time round I found the recovery very tough and with a toddler as well my rest period was pretty much non existent. After my first birth I found it pretty easy to get back into shape and was running again within a few months but this time I felt like the pregnancy and both had really taken it’s toll and I felt lost with no clue where to start to find myself again! Kate really supported me through this with her core connections program. It had information on c section recovery, scar massage, nutrition, pelvic floor and core exercises and step by step guide on how to slowly begin to start exercising again. It was all emailed through so I was able to fit it in whenever I could at home around my 2 children, however Kate was always there at the end of the email whenever I had any problems or questions, she always replied promptly. The weekly updates and emails helped to keep me motivated and I really feel like I know how to move forward now I have completed the course. With Kate’s expert guidance I now feel so much more like me (although I have a long way to go) I now know how to safely continue and that my body is ready to move onto the next phase! Thank you for all your support! It’s just a shame the some of the course couldn’t have been done in person! I would recommend this to anyone who is unsure of how to get back into shake post baby and where to start safely again without pushing your body to far too soon!

Fantastic experience: I first met Kate when attending her Keep Mums Fit antenatal exercise class 8 years ago. Since then I have attended her postnatal course and undertaken personal training sessions with Kate and her team with some great results. I am a complete exercise-phobe but Kate's small and friendly approach is always encouraging and never intimidating.

Fantastic experience: Kate's online classes have been a god-send in lockdown! The instructors pitch the classes at a good level, with challenges but modifications if needed (which must be doubly hard when delivering online classes!). Everyone is so friendly and down-to-earth. I only joined a few months ago but I felt welcomed and comfortable straight away.

Fantastic experience: Kate's enthusiasm and positivity are infectious, she is a fountain of knowledge of all things maternity! The antenatal classes are a perfect mix of strength work, stretching and the all important pelvic floor work, plus lots of knowledge bombs about labour and everything surrounding it. Fantastic experience: Kate Campbell, what a woman!! I took Kate’s antenatal fitness classes from being 13 weeks pregnant with my first baby. Her classes were completely invaluable to me. She kept me fit and active in a safe environment. She taught the relaxation techniques I used during my birth and the chats we had as a group were better than anything I learned in my NCT classes! Her unique expertise as a former midwife and fitness instructor plus her passion for her work makes her the best in the business. She adapted to online classes when the pandemic hit incredibly quickly and the quality didn’t diminish at all. I felt so cared for all the way through her classes and they really are a fond memory of my pregnancy. I’m now starting my postnatal journey with her and I can’t wait to get stuck in. I trust her completely to guide me through my recovery and reach my fitness goals. She really cares and I can’t recommend her enough! Thank you Kate xxx

Fantastic experience: I’ve attended classes at Kate’s gym since she opened 2 years ago. The classes are varied, well run and always challenging. You always get a good workout. I love the fact this is a small gym with the personal touch. Kate makes the effort to check in with everyone, makes sure they are working at their own level, but also encouraging you to step it up if you want to! I always recommend this gym and the classes to friends&family and will continue to do so! Kate and her team have also gone to a lot of extra effort to keep their clients motivated during lockdown with zoom sessions and more!

Fantastic experience: KCF program Focus on Change is a great way of reacquainting yourself with a gym. It’s amazing value and you get a chance to experience all that they have to offer. I have just completed FOC and am now enjoying Empower Bootcamp on Thursday evenings and it’s my laughing muscles that ache the following day . If you are thinking about joining a gym then I can tell you that Kate and Carla are really friendly and encouraging and take time to assess your current level of fitness and your goals, and then to set you on the path to fitness and health. Kate and her team are always there to answer any questions and to offer support when needed. This is a gym with a difference as Kate and team are genuinely interested in helping you become fit and healthy and confident. I can’t thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Exercising with Kate during my second pregnancy has been great. Each exercise session is varied and she takes time to get to know everyone personally. Her experience as both a midwife and exercise professional is invaluable both antenatally and postnatally. Staying fit during my pregnancy has been very important and helped me to feel better prepared for labour. It helps with any aches and pains and increases energy levels. I would highly recommend this class.

Fantastic experience: Kate has really helped me to cope with my pregnancy and post birth journey. She's so easy to talk to and everything is well-tailored to ability level. Doing the 4 week post partum course is helping me to reconnect with my own body and needs without lots of pressure/time commitment. Its a fantastic starting point (even if I'm a bit late coming to it due to the shock of being a new mum for the first time!)

Fantastic experience: I had a few sessions with Kate 12 weeks after having a c-section. Before pregnancy I exercised lots and I was really missing it, but unsure how to get back into it safely. Kate was amazing. She gave me the confidence to start exercising again and taught me the modifications I needed to ensure I built up safely. The gym is also a lovely friendly environment to work out in. Thanks Kate!

Fantastic experience: Kate is probably one of the most inspirational people I know - an amazing quality for motivating you to reach your goals as a PT! Her infectious positivity, professionalism and experience as a midwife make you feel in very safe hands. I really don’t think I could have achieved the results I have with anyone else. I built my strength back up after having children in a way I didn’t think was possible. I couldn’t recommend her and her gym high enough!

Fantastic experience: I've just finished the first level of the postnatal fitness classes with Kate and Shannon, and as always they were brilliant! The understanding of what changes a postpartum body goes through and how that affects our physical abilities is incredible. They safely help you get your body back/ready for whatever your goals may be. I've done this class twice (after two separate babies!) and can't recommend it enough. Kate has given me so much help, I'll always be grateful! Now I'll progress onto level two and keep building my strength!

Fantastic experience: If you want that personal touch this is the gym for you. Kate knows everyone personally and I have never felt so welcomed at any other gym before. Space may be at a premium but it is amazing what is packed into a small space. The class sizes are small which again means you get a more personal service and you feel the tutor is watching and correcting everything you do. Unlike the larger gyms, Kate offers a range of membership and payment options.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Kate through my antenatal and postnatal journey. Kate listened to my concerns, guided me through safe exercises but also educated me so that I could use the gym on my own. Every session was varied, interesting, fun and welcoming. Appropriate progression meant that by the end of the block I feel better than I have for years! She considered the social side of the classes as well as the fitness. A great community was built online during lock down too!

Fantastic experience: I went to Kate's ante-natal and post-natal classes with my second baby. She is so knowledgeable about women's bodies and helped me return to fitness after a difficult birth. I then went onto do my first ever 10k run when my son was 18 months old after joining her running group. Who knew I could become a runner in my 40s!!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a fantastic friendly gym to workout and feel comfortable with an amazing instructor for advice, guidance and support this is the gym for you. Kate Campbell is a truly inspirational lady who shows that with hard work, dedication and determination you can make your dreams come true. Go on take the first step, you won't regret it, I can't recommend it enough. The studio space is also fantastic if you need somewhere to practice dance routines, I use if for my daughter, and studio space is hard to find for this type of thing but the studio is perfect for this.

Fantastic experience: Excellent baby-friendly gym with a fantastic range of classes. Kate and all her team are so SO friendly and encouraging. It’s so rare to find a gym where you feel surrounded by friends - a truly safe space to grow and regain strength and confidence. There’s definitely something for everyone with classes of dance, yoga, circuits, core workouts and much more and a lovely mix of people from seniors to postnatal mums, teens (and babies! I regularly bring my 7 month old along to classes and have always felt very welcome).
