Fantastic experience: Very good gym, old school, clean, hygiene is brilliant, toilets are spotless compared to other gyms. Done PTs with Jon, very helpful, and honest. Helped me with a diet plan and training plan. Very good for price as well.

Fantastic experience: Jays Gym provides the best atmosphere I've known, and the best training I've received, at the best value. As someone who had never considered myself a hardcore gym-goer, I was worried I would stick out like a sore thumb at Jays. But from the first moment I walked in the door, everyone has been so welcoming, friendly and encouraging. Just normal people from all walks of life smashing their goals together. If you're tired of the copy-paste mass user gyms that plague the landscape, go to Jays. You'll get all the equipment, knowledge and support you'll need, at an even better rate. Can't recommend enough!
