Fantastic experience: I've been swimming here for 30years not much has changed friendly staff semi clean changing rooms which to be honest with the amount of human traffic in there it's near on impossible to keep it squeaky clean I love this swimming pool and so do my children

Fantastic experience: I need to let everybody know just how amazing Gemma is in the gym. I had an induction this morning and explained to her what I wanted to achieve (weight loss) the knowledge that this girl knew was astonishing. I came out of that gym and told all my member friends who are in the same boat as me to book themselves in with her as she just knew what would work for me, what was achievable and designed me a plan - all for free. She was also just the nicest girl. She’s an absolute asset to this gym and I just hope the managers know how valuable she is to them. She’s like a god! Thank you Gemma you’re amazing!

Fantastic experience: Went down here after the quays boiler broke down, it was my daughter's birthday and she was desperate to go on the flume and hadn't been well for sometime, unfortunately the flume was closed due to lane swimming. I explained to the life guards and he spoke with the manager and to our delight they opened the flume for 15 minutes. Thanks so much guys, it really meant a lot to us.

Fantastic experience: Just visited with my daughter for a swimming assessment with Jane, as she has had previous bad experiences of swimming lessons and OMG what a totally friendly lovely team of ladies. We will be definitely doing our lessons here as my daughter hasn't stopped talking about it all the way home.

Positive experience: First visit to this place. Plenty of parking. Good Covid measures in place. Wasn't informed I had to be swim ready as changing rooms only available after swim. But they let me use the family changing room. Very pleasant staff. Did Aqua fit class, good teacher and good workout.

Fantastic experience: I am a member here and come to swim, use the gym and do exercise classes. There are lots of classes to choose from, something for everyone. Very good leisure centre.

Fantastic experience: I love going to the gym here. The staff are always so polite and happy to help with any queries. The pool isn't bad either although the public swim times seem to be over lunch time which isn't great for toddlers.

Fantastic experience: Hard getting to go to aquafit on Tues and Thursday morning. It's always full. I am getting fed up trying to get a place to do early morning aquafit. I pay £25 a month for nothing.
