Negative experience: Staff are very friendly only down side are the shower & toilets in the swiming area could do with a complete overall

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous. I'm retired and for the last year I joined pure gym as the price was better BUT WHAT A MISTAKE! No one helps. But now I've joined Stafford Leisure and I feel great. Brilliant facilities, Anthony in the gym is an incredible, knowledgeable and patient person. So, pleased I've joined. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I do the Tuesday aqua class which Nicky takes and it's Brilliant. A really good work out. Plus I do a Thursday Night Deep Water class with Jane which again is Brilliant, very different as you wear a aqua belt and it is done in the deep water. No feet on the floor, wearing the belt keeps you a float again a great work out.

Fantastic experience: People who work there are very friendly and supportive. They are under resourced but work very hard to ensure that customers are satisfied.I am a regular individual for swimming, I love it. The only thing which could be improved is to develop an IT system which will reduce receptionists work. People who attend swimming lessons can come and swim for practice. But they are not provided with access to book for their swimming online. It requires one to ring and book. It takes a lot of receptionist time and customers time (phones are not picked up immediately because they receptionist receive too many of these). Also, if people cancel, we cannot see it, it just need to ring and ring after every few minutes, I wish if we could see the cancellation online for us to book on ourselves instead of bothering the receptionists. It takes two lines of code to change this and save money. I will appreciate if can be changed. It just wastes everybody's time.

Positive experience: It often takes me multiple attempts to get through on the phone when booking courts. Sometimes the phone rings for upwards of 10 minutes with no answer, regardless of the time of day. Quite frustrating but facilities are good.

Fantastic experience: Managing covid19 really well. One way systems, lots of hand sanitiser and cleaning in and around the gym. Equipment well spaced out. Good job.

Fantastic experience: We were at a 2 day open swim meet. Everything appears clean, with friendly staff. As a wheelchair user, as a spectator, everything was adequate

Fantastic experience: A good range of facilities with exercise machines maintained well. Friendly staff and corporate rates negotiated for a number of local businesses. I took advantage of a 12 months for 9 offer around march which makes it really affordable if you can pay up front.

Fantastic experience: Only ever been here to go swimming and the facilities for it are awesome. It's great to take your child there swimming to get them used to the water as well.

Fantastic experience: My daughter comes here weekly for swimming lessons. The leisure centre is always clean and tidy. Every time we have been we have seen someone working hard cleaning all areas. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the swimming teachers are excellent. With plenty of spectator space, it is ideal to watch all the swimming going on. Only negative is there are not enough showers. I can see this is probably only a problem after lessons or at peak times though.

Fantastic experience: We love visiting here for swimming, the changing rooms and toilets are always brilliantly clean. The main pool is a little cool but the small pool is nice and warm they have so many things on there is always something to do. Public swim availability is really good. It's only the middle of the day that you can't go really due to swim school

Fantastic experience: Have been going to the Aqua swim ,started last Friday and was there last night and this morning luv it .Both instructors are friendly caring and at times funny .I've found all the staff I've come in contact with very polite and friendly helpful .Will be going every week from now on ,looking forward to it.

Fantastic experience: Went with the kids. The changing rooms are great with loads of room and loads of lockers. The pool was nice and warm. Plenty of parking space. If you go on Sunday parking is free, bonus.

Fantastic experience: The Stafford leisure centre is good for public sessions. They also do swimming lessons for those children who are interested in swimming. If it is your child's birthday they have an inflatable which is good for kids t have fun and play about in but they have to be able to swim other wise your not aloud on it and you have to go the other side and swim with other people who can't swim.

Fantastic experience: Only a few years old so good, clean and modern facilities. Kid's pool even has a moving floor so they can change the depth!
