Three different rooms where you can focus on anything from cardio to strongman. Always a warm welcome, best of all? People put their weights back! watch out for the stairs though!

Fantastic experience: Just signed up, the owner was a top bloke, showed me round and made me feel comfortable to ask questions and ask for advice, completely different vive to a normal gym with all the different equipment they've got for strongman, powerlifting equipment etc. Can't wait to get started properly there.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with an array of different equipment for both strength and cardio. Also has boxing facilities and Strongman facilities. Never really busy there and very spacious. Would definitely recommend having a look around. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable.

Dave, the owner, is a really nice bloke and very knowledgeable about all things fitness and never seems to stop ‍♂️ There's also a fine selection of PT's that work from here if you need that little bit of an extra push Well recommended
