Fantastic experience: I went to fit bank for help with my posture and my neck. I had been to various physios and osteopaths who hadn’t helped at all. Neil said straight away that he could help me and he has. I am now standing much straighter and my posture has improved massively. Always a nice friendly welcoming and very passionate about what he does. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: My mum has suffered stiffness pain in her leg/hip and back for many years but just passed it off as being over 70. But the pain started to get much worst since lockdown so she visited FitBank last week for the first time. Neil was fantastic with her, he is such a people person and settled her nerves straight away. He used the TRX maps scanning machine which was amazing and you even get the results emailed to yourself. The results from one therapy session were fantastic! She is so thankful because she has now started to have days where she doesn’t have to have painkillers and her sleep is getting better. She is looking forward to her next therapy session!

Fantastic experience: My son is currently receiving treatment from Neil, for fallen arches, muscle loss and retraining the way he walks. Neil has been so committed, informative and his knowledge is endless. My son really looks forward to his weekly session and it’s becoming the highlight of his week as he has fun as well as exercises. We’re just under half way through and the difference already is fantastic! We can’t wait for the end result and for him not to be in pain anymore after physical activities and we have no doubt that he will achieve this at Fitbank. Thank you Neil.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I only started attending Fitbank late in 2020 when our PT of several years moved her business there. Having been a member of a very large gym previously I was a little concerned the new arrangement would not fulfill our requirements but any concerns I had very quickly disappeared. Although perhaps small in floor space the gym itself has everything and more you could possibly need for most training needs. All the equipment is very modern, well maintained and the whole place is spotless. Our visits are generally for private sessions with out PT Laura Butcher who is a great addition to the team. Neil, the owner, is very friendly, ovbiously very knowlegable and has a great repuation within neurological rehab which I find really comendable. Unlike some other gyms I have been to, Fitbank doesn't seem motivated by money or turnover but has a ethos of tailoring training etc to the needs of it's clients and the team truly seems to care about their clients. If you are looking to enter lifting or bodybuilding competitions this gym is perhaps not for you but for 90% of people wishing to gain and maintain a good level of fitness I would thoroughly reccommend it.

It was incredible to observe the level of care and sheer dedication Neil utilizes through innovative techniques bespoke to each individual clients requirements. the variety of portable sports therapy tools deployed at this facility are second to none. This fitness and rehabilitation centre is highly recommended
